  Since my hardwood floors are brand new, I was grateful they used mats to protect them before bringing in heavy furniture.

  Do not use this company! They are dishonest and will rip you off! They will quote low then subcontract to unscrupulous 3rd party moving companies with 1-star ratings (Alpha Moving). They will then increase the price after loading the truck. It is extortion as at this time you don’t have a lot of options. The truck arrived a day late due to a breakdown and when it arrived. It was too small to accommodate our stuff. We had to wait another day for a second truck to arrive. The second truck arrived without any packaging materials, so I had to run out to but moving blankets and wrapping materials, and bubble wrap (over $500). They told me I would be reimbursed if I submitted receipts. They refused to fill the second truck to full capacity and left most of the furniture upstairs because they didn’t feel like bringing it down the stairs. They claimed there was not enough room in the truck and a 3rd truck would be required at additional cost. I ended up paying someone to remove the additional items to donate. Interestingly, when the 2 trucks arrived at the new destination, the second truck was only 25% full, proving the point that there was plenty of space to accommodate the items left behind. I was never reimbursed for the packaging materials I purchased, and they have not responded to my emails. They increased the amount because they claimed there was a lot more stuff to move than was listed. Not true! Everything was listed on the contract and nothing extra was added. When our stuff arrived at the new location some valuable furniture items and antiques were badly damaged. Do not use this company or you will regret doing so.

  We do apologize about your experience, during our phone calls and estimates we ask the customers to provide the most ideal list of items being moved, if we do not have the most accurate list, the estimate cannot be accurate, therefore causing the price and space to change at the time of pick up. This move went from 160 items to over 435 pieces moved. Customer can contact us for claims information on the damaged items.

  They sold me their i service. They asked me for a deposit of 923. I was told I would get my deposit back if I canceled within 48 hours. I called a few hours later and asked to cancel my order. I was told I couldn't get it back. The van was already assigned. They never mentioned that in our conversation. they are a bunch of liars and deceivers of elderly people. If I could give a lower customer rating I would give a -10

  Just booked a move from ******** to ********** with these guys. Spoke to a shister named ****** *******. He is completely full of c*** I should have looked them up on BBB and online prior to booking. They claim that they own the trucks and employ the movers. They do not. They are simply a ***** and jive operation that tries to hire a truck on your behalf for less than what you pay them. I called 30 minutes after booking to cancel and ****** tried to lie to me yet again then hung up on me. RUN from these guys. They are the lowest form of business. Just read the attitude in their responses to other bad reviews.

  AVOID!!! They scammed us and lied to us from the beginning just to get our money! The collaborate with the movers to charge you on the back end when theyre picking your items up AND when theyre delivering it and they RARLEY answer the phone and give you NO respect or calling you back, emailing you back, etc!! They use the well get to ya when we get to ya mentality! We got our things way later than we were told and things were damaged and they did not care.. PLEASE listen to us and AVOID AT ALL COST.

  Like everyone else I too got taken from a very poorly managed company. The representative I spoke with was ******* *******. My main concern was the storage part of the move. After speaking with ******* *., I stated I needed to store my belongings until at least July 2025, at which time ******* claimed he spoke with his manager to insure holding my belongings wouldn't be a problem & since I didn't have an exact location or date, to call back closer to the date I needed and give them an exact address & date. The 1st lie was when he told me I could cancel after 48hrs but I'd lose 10% of my $1000 deposit. Once I was transferred over to the payment dept, I happened to ask to reconfirm & was then told that once I make the initial deposit, I would not be entitled to any money back. Once the booking is made, it's made. The problem is once they contacted me to go over inventory, like everyone else I only added a few items. A massage table, 4 boxes & a small wine refrige but took off a washer/dryer & they raised the price to an additional $1100. The rep got very disrespectful & said he'd call back. When I texted the number that "*******" gave me, the rep said he wasn't calling back & since I didn't agree they will not add the stuff & only keep the original list. I then called the CS & after explaining the situation I was told that they didn't understand how my things were going to be held that long, claiming they only hold storage for 45days max! The manager was just as not caring & basically didn't give any sh*t that if I walked away I'd lose my $1000 deposit. I had additional stuff to move that wasn't worth an $1100 increase so I was stuck with the only other option to now rent a truck which defeated the purpose of going with them to begin with. So, I ended up losing my $ & then storing local to having to rent a truck anyway in July when it's time to move. NEVER AGAIN, PLEASE READ REVIEWS 1ST. This business does not deserve & should NOT be allowed to remain open!!

  We are sorry to hear this. Our storage process is based on the carriers terms, if the storage is not written into the contract we cannot abide by that. The last we have heard the customer placed the move on hold as of 01/20/2025

  This company engages in very shady business practices. They are a broker, not a moving company as the website suggests. They will take your money and do absolutely nothing for you. The ****** on the phone said it would take 3 days to get my belongings delivered and gave the impression that they were a full-service moving company. Then, when the actual moving company came into the picture, the delivery date was ****************************************** a smaller truck and then transfer it to a larger truck in ********* later from where it would head to my destination. I'm so disappointed in myself for falling for such a scam and posting this hoping others don't fall for their tactics. The first ****** on the phone lied about how long they were in business, wrote down the list of things I said I was moving, read them back to me, then quoted a price. Well, lo and behold, in the contract, only about half of the things I listed were actually listed. The second guy (who was extremely rude), added the missed items to the list, increased the price by a lot, and said it was my fault for adding additional items! And, as soon as they connected me with the moving company, suddenly the broker contract was no longer available to me online. They know full well what they are doing. I ended up taking the financial hit, renting a U-Haul and moving stuff myself. Such a bitter ******* I plan on reporting them to the ******************************************* (*****) and urge others to do the same. Maybe we can collectively stop these kinds of fraudulent companies and the unethical people who run/work for them. I've since learned that companies like this will commonly change their name and continue operations so look out for that too. People typically don't move very often and they prey on people's inexperience and lack of knowledge. Just run. Run now. Do not give them another cent. I'm giving one star only because there is no option to give zero, or a negative number of stars.

  We do apologize about your experience, our contract does state all of the above, it states that we are a broker and will assign you a licensed and insured carrier. 

   

  Delivery times can vary, but we do not guarantee any dates of arrival per the contract and the DOT.

  Cashed my non-refundable deposit in under 24 hours when I was told I had up to 48 hours to cancel. Wanted to cancel due to finding a better price with a different company that they were unable to match. Did not work with me to fix the issue, and I'm stuck with them because the deposit was so much. Proceed with caution.

  Once our contracts are signed and our company is authorized to proceed with the payment, it is processed. Once we have a carrier is assigned the deposit is non refundable.

  Scam, Liars, Unethical . They quoted us around $6,000 to move after we finished packing we had a lot more boxes than what we said. So when we had the follow up call we updated the box count and added TVs. They raised it to $12,000. Plus the man who called was verbally abusive yo my 76 year old Mother recently widowed. I was told they would reevaluate when they came out. Three men showed up in Penske truck and said it wouldnt fit they would have to get 2 trucks and it was going to be over $20,000. They charge a binding contract fee which is addition to the cost to move. I said it was ridiculous to add $8,000. I told them to leave because God knows what would happen to my belongings, I got another company to com out same day with the same day service it was still $7,000 lower then their price. American Van lines were much more professional.

  Awful company, awful experience, while the original guy I spoke with seemed to want to help the floor manager was a jerk and a liar, they want to quote a low price only to raise it later they want to promise important details of the move but they don't want to put them in writing. If you choose to proceed with swift shift van lines proceed with great caution and remember the movers do not have to honor a bad cheap estimate
