      Today approximately 2:30 in the afternoon, I received a knock on my door woke me up. I had to put my dog out also outback so that he wouldnt try to escape out the door when I answered it only to find out it was an unsolicited *** from ADT. He informed me that he was part their relocation service. I told him that was out and out because theyve never had their service nor had to ever subscribe or ask or even inquired about it.. and I basically slammed the door in his face. I do not like this invasion of privacy number one number two they are searching public records. I recently moved in this house a month ago and getting this information I immediately have been flooded with mailers from them in my mail at least 2 to 3 every week trying to get me to subscribe to their service, which I do not need. I moved into one of the safest neighborhoods in my area zero crime rate why would I need their services when I have zero crime rate and Im home most of the time now because Im semi retired. I have a dog who is very alert and heres everything. I also have plenty of guns in my home for self protection if I need that and I have my own Internet cameras, I would not pay for their overpriced ******** service maybe if I live in a high crime area possibly but I never plan on living in a high crime area. I actually move moved from a rule setting on a farm where I had zero incidents in 40 years to a very nice very high class neighborhood. This company is a horrible company when theyre knocking on the door and lying to you. Do you really wanna trust them with your life? I dont think so. They mis***resent and lied to you. They go and pull public records to target you for their service. thats the only way they wouldve been coming to me. This house did not have **** prior to me buying it. I know the couple I bought it from. They didnt have it didnt need it just like I dont so I advise anybody that reads these reviews to think about that sort of thing before you subscribe.

      been a customer for about 13 years on Mar ******* system failed and I called ADT to clear system error worked about 2 hrs to no avail asked that the acct be canceled as the system was not operational and the monitoring was not working - since Mar they continue to bill me for monitoring which they have no contact - now getting a call every day to collect - have told to not call me again as the last work they did was in March 24 they continue to herrase us they are trying to collect 6 months and the system is out - the continued calls are very upsetting

      After 30 year, ADT is the bottom of the barrel . They attempted to control our monitoring lan line cameras and get back into our home as seeing some safes during installation. All the equipment was returned; Tore down all the cables, only to find we had 18 Lan Line cables but only ordered 16. The original tech set it up so they could easily get back in. Police and ADT would not help; and we are disputing all charges which should be a no brainer, as ADT does not want to fight us. They haven't been monitoring for 47 days, but I found out they are changing as they were caught going into our monitors and ersasing as footage. They admiited many items that showed they were looking in on our cameras with a minor int the house. Yes, attack his comingl

      I decided to get ADT on January 18, 2025. I just had surgery on my right foot, so I couldn't get up and really talk to this man that put my system in. He talked me in to getting ADT+ which is a horrible system. The system would lock my bedroom door, leading to the outside door, but it said on my phone my kitchen door was unlocked. After all this mess my alarms would start beeping stating I needed a new battery. The batteries for the Fire alarm and carbon Monoxide system last maybe 4 mths. if that. ADT called and said are you ok. I said yest, but my fire alarm would not shut off! Then a couple days later my other one did the same thing. I have PTSD the noise of the Fire Alarm was really getting to me to the point I was crying and couldn't think just to take out their dead batteries! This went on before the 6 months period was over, Well they have a policy at ADT if the system you are not happy with them, They would give my money back. I have talked to 30 people at least and I got nowhere with them at ADT. There was a woman I talked to named ******, she said at first I would get over ****** back, which I never did. Then she proceeded to say after I called back for the 6'th time that it would only be over ****** I would get back. Then all of a sudden I called someone else and they said I would get ****** back. Well out of all that I received altogether ******. I got that on my cc back that is not hardly over ******. I called today after 2 months of not getting the right amount back and ****** said it was out of their hands now! I said oh well I will call the CEO of the Company and see what he has to say! She said ok have a nice day! They are a very dirty company. I really need my money back and they don't care. It is impossible to talk to the CEO. Yes I am very mad over their lies. I'm just warning people please do not go with ADT they will take your money and not give it back it's not right they are nothing but a bunch of thieves as far as I am concerned!

      Had the pleasure of being assisted by *****. She assisted with reactivating my sensor. My alarm is working perfectly. She was very helpful. I was also able to update my account information.

      Totally horrible support service its like removing a human being veins one at a time to get onsite technical support. I have been a loyal customer for six years totally dissatisfied. I got three locations secured its never a good experience!

      I have been a customer with ********************** for ** years. My system has not worked for several months. Two ADT techs have come to my home and said they cannot fix it. They said it is an issue with ATT. So they want to sell me a new system for $1,000.00! Then they said they might be able to do it for around $300.00. I want to cancel my service with ADT and they will charge me $410.00 to cancel because they say I have a contract that does not expire until December 2026. So that means I am to continue paying the monthy fee until end of contract. I feel they should let me cancel since they cannot fix the system. This is the worst customer service I have seen! I need help!

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with by far. After $900 of system installation, I found out my upload speed was t enough to allow the system to work. When I asked why they dont check that BEFORE they install, I could get no answer. I had to cancel the service and was told theyd call within ***** hours to arrange pick up of the equipment. Its been two weeks of calling (on hold for 20 minutes each time) only to be told to just wait for them to pick up their own equipment. Beware of ADT. And check that your homes upload speed >=50 before you sign otherwise their system does not work!!!!

      ADT ripped me off. I was told by the advisor that came to my home that they would install the camers that I had bought at WA ***** after they have installed their products. They did not install my camers I had problems with them I spoke to different people in different offices until I spoke to someone who gave his name as Lawyer. He made an appointment with me. The day the person had to come he called me and told me that he is only allowed to install ADT cameras. They never put my cameras up. Now they are charging me the basic fee plus the fee for the cameras which were never installed.

      ADT trying to cancel for 2-3 months now first time $:300 the next time it is $700. I am paying for two home security trying to cancel my contract I did not ask them to renew without my permission how can I cancel my contract with them
