I had a faulty panel (loud beeping that could not be turned off coming from the panel)and ADT came out to repair and or cancel the service since I do not use the service at all. Instead they sold me on $900 of upgrades. At the time of install they were unable to install $400 off video doorbell equipment. They still charged me nearly $700 for the upgrades. I was told by the installer that they could not adjust the price but that I needed to call the office to make the adjustments. I called that day and have called more than 12 times since then. I have used the chat feature on the website as well. Each time I am told that I need to speak to the local office and that they will escalated the request for them to contact me. Apparently I can't contact them directly it has been 6 week. NO call. But they keep automatically billing me (WITHOUT my approval) for the upgrade in installments despite my calls to adjust the billing. I have called 1-2 times per week since the install. I have spoken to 'managers' and 'supervisors' but apparently no one can review the work order or address my concerns. It seems the sales associate got his sale and bonus and does not care at all about customer service. Horrible customer service. Signed Frustrated customer!
