    Same here. I guess I didn't realize I wasn't ordering from ticket Master right away. I was in a hurry to get the tickets but yeah the price was triple the price than what ticketmaster sells them for. Ticketmaster themselves said I had to go through the agency I bought them from. And I call ticketcenter and told me I couldn't get a refund when I called literally 13 hours after I ordered them. Said it can only be refunded if the event was canceled. The event isn't even til August 2024. And I paid extra for the insurance. Ugh so mad at myself for not double checking the site.

    1 star rating. Why? 1 star for actually getting the tickets w/ the ease of putting them in my Ticketmaster account and Apple iPhone "Wallet." Otherwise, being very busy at work and trying to make sure I got tickets via the Venue's official website the moment tickets went on sale to the public. My search for Radio City Music Hall Tickets took me to Tickets-Center.com initially. I presumed this must be the official site, having just looked days earlier. After buying the tickets I see a disclaimer "Obstructed View" which was not there when I purchased the seats. Fortunately I don't think this will be relevant/detrimental since we are seeing a comedy stand-up routine and not a big production. BEWARE. Also, after I realized I had been tricked I now compared official venue site tickets to Tickets-Center.com and you guessed it mega-fees and shady search strategy I will make sure to not use this obviously greedy company ever again.

    I immediately tried to cancel my order, but I was told no. It was less than a minute I reached out to cancel. So I am disappointed with not being able to.
    The price of tickets were outrageous as why I tried to cancel after I found sane section for less.

    Was charged WAY over the regular price of the original tickets only to get there and the place was maybe half full. I felt so ripped off, to be honest I’m still pretty upset by it and think a refund is definitely necessary.
    I’ve gone through this before using this site and never had issues like this.
    Very disappointing!

    I will NEVER use Tickets-Center again. I could have easily ordered these directly from the theater without all your extra fees and I feel like an idiot for not knowing better!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A complete SCAM!

    Only thing is that one of my seats someone else had that seat number and mine was section 208 row j seats 13 and 14 , and another couple had the same section rowj and their tickets was 12 and 13 . So I showed mine and they showed me theirs and we definitely had same seat. They went ahead and moved their seats too another area that nobody was sitting in so it worked out. I was charged 110. dollars for each ticket I got and we were in nose bleed area where those tickets should not have cost that much but they did . I wound up paying 289. dollars for two and being that high up there should not have cost that when I saw tickets at 42.dollars for seats clear up there. I won't let that happen again because I will research it alittle bit better next time

    Wouldn’t use again. Third party. Had I known this wasn’t site box office I wouldn’t have used. In contacting box off they would have allowed me to change the date and time to attend cousins funeral. Third party people wouldn’t. Won’t happen again

    Terrible, terrible, terrible, terrible!!!! Price Gouging! Price Gouging! Price Gouging! Price Gouging! We purchased 4 tickets and paid $506.95 to Tickets Center.com. When we received the tickets online they were priced at $42.25. ($42.25 times 4 = 169.00.) We paid three times the price of the tickets at Tickets Center.com. I didn't realize that when I entered Mercy Me Erie Pa, that the first site that popped up was "Warner Theater Erie - 2023 Erie Schedule & Tickets" and not the Warner Theater, but Tickets Center.com. Not buying tickets online before, I thought this was the official Warner Theater ticket purchase site. I certainly feel that Mercy Me would be appalled at Tickets Center.com. for the price gouging that they are doing! This should be against the law, and perhaps a class action suit should be filed by the BBB!
