    When I searched for the show I wanted to see, Tickets Center appeared at the top of the search. Their website is incredibly misleading in that it leads you to believe that the show is nearly sold out, which manipulates you into making a quick decision. After spending $4000 on four seats, which is double the price of any other site, they are sending emails stating I will receive my tickets 24 hours before the show date. I find this completely unacceptable because my family and I are planning a trip around the event with no guarantee of show tickets. Furthermore, there is no way to communicate with Tickets Center except for their Chatbot, which is completely useless.

    Absolute scam. My poor mom got tickets through ticketcenter to take me to a concert for her birthday and paid 3-4x the normal rate of any other reseller (about $1000 for green day pit seats) and then they wouldn’t transfer the tickets. I was on chat support while listening to the concert outside of the venue for 2 hours before some random person transferred us the tickets. By then we had bought new ones at the venue. Ticket center sucks

    As many before me said, this place is an absolute sham. Their name and even the layout of their website mimics Ticketmaster, which if you’re not reading closely, you will miss. They also pay Google to be one of the first searches that comes up for events (which I wish Google would vet more carefully). But ultimately they are ticket scalpers. They charge double and sometimes even triple what tickets cost through the Venue or Ticketmaster. They also do not send you your tickets right away, the tickets may not be sent out until an hour before the event starts. No customer service besides the chat, and when you call the customer service line, and put in your order number, it will say that your order does not exist.

    The best part is when they encouraged me to commit insurance fraud to get my money back. I purchased insurance for my tickets and the person on chat told me to get a doctors note for an illness that I don’t have or exaggerate some other emergency issue and get the insurance company to reimburse me my money…

    Ticket Center is operating within ambiguous resale laws so unfortunately it’s all legal, but it’s disgustingly unethical, price gouging, as well as bait and switch tactics. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

    This place is a scam. Can't get ahold of them to get your tickets. Purchased tickets on Oct 10th for an Oct 29th event. Don't know how I got to these website to purchase these tickets. Ticket delivery started changing with emails. The chat button didn't work (technical difficulties), the help link didn't provide answers and no phone number to call. Ticket price was triple the price for a show in Green Bay Wisconsin. I stopped by the The Weidner Center and they told me they were not affiliated with this company. They took all the ticket selling in-house. I want to know how this business got tickets to sell for this show there. They were showing all kinds of tickets for sale. It's now wonder this business has a 2.91 rating, which seems too high for me.

    This site is a
    sham, shame on me, I thought I was on the venue website because there website is deceiving. Paid 2X as other sites and still don't have tickets with 3 days to go.Also bought a parking pass that supposedly was through a well known operator but I contacted the operator and they have no record of this. You can't cancel a ticket. I also have read reviews concerning the 100% guarantee which reportedly is a joke as it is hard to get it from the company.
    DO NOT use this website!!

    Less than Zero stars!!! Negative stars times 1000. I am so sorry I ever bought tickets from this company and at this point wonder if I will even get the tickets I bought. First off, they have a robot controlled "chat" that knows nothing and can provide no information. Second, they can send me multiple emails telling me about my ticket purchase, but there are no actual tickets included in the email. Instead, they tell me that they will contact me two days prior to the concert BUT THEY DON'T TELL ME HOW THEY WILL CONTACT ME, in order to pick up my tickets. After the loser chatbot experience I tried twice to get a customer service agent on the phone (of course that number is hidden in the fine print). This person assured me over and over that someone would contact me prior to the concert with where and how to pick up the tickets, but they won't say where/when/how and could not assure me that I wouldn't be meeting a nutcase in a back alley with supposed tickets. And they "understand how frustrating this is". If I trusted that cancelling would get me my money back I would. This type of ticket seller should be illegal. It's totally unacceptable business practice and NOT SAFE. I certainly don't want to figure out how to meet a rando with tix in a city while on vacation. HORRIBLE. I AM CALLING THE GOVERNORS OFFICE NOW.

    Follow up on my 10/18 review, everything went great with my Lion King tickets in Portland Oregon. I scanned my tickets from my Apple Wallet with no issues. I was so pleased with the seats. 4th row, 2 seats on the aisle. No one in front of me.
    It was worth every penny I paid for my tickets! (Which wasn’t more than I expected or budgeted for!)
    Thank you for what turned out to be a worry free process and another enjoyable evening in beautiful (not war ravaged) downtown Portland Oregon!

    CAVEAT EMPTOR

    Three Issues:

    (1) I ordered two parking passes for Cirque du Soleil, six minutes away from the venue. They subsequently changed the parking location to another one mile away. Their Buyer's Guarantee says they will only substitute the same or better location.

    (2) I used their Live Chat and was told that they would neither refund my money nor give me a better parking location.

    (3) I tried four times to call them on the phone. After answering a long series of questions, they said they were transferring me to a live agent. Each time they immediately disconnected me.

    Horrible customer experience.
    While I eventually did receive my concert tickets, this company obviously scams the customer out of as much money as possible.
    The website does its best to look like the actual venue's website, or the "official" ticket website, when in fact they are not! They are ticket scalpers taking advantage of people.
    I do not and would not recommend using this sight at all.
    Take your time and find the right source for purchasing your tickets.
