I purchased tickets to a concert on Tickets Center website, which indicates that you can pick specific seats at a venue and works with ticket buyers to ensure that you get the seats you requested. However, when I went to the venue’s website, I discovered that tickets for this event won’t be on sale for another 5 days. It is impossible for Tickets Center to be “working with ticket buyers” to ensure my purchase is valid if no such buyers exist and no tickets are available for purchase at the time that Tickets Center completed the sale to me. As a result, it appears that Ticket Center is selling non-existent goods with no actual mechanism to ensure the goods - or any comparable goods are ever delivered. The sale of nonexistent goods is consumer and retail fraud and the advertising of nonexistent goods is false advertising. I contacted Tickets Center through the company’s customer service chat to discuss this; however Tickets Center did not offer any remedy and did not acknowledge that they are selling non-existent tickets. I have attached documents showing my purchase confirmation and a document from the event venue from the same day as my purchase showing that tickets for the event are not on sale. I am requesting a refund.

At Tickets-Center.com we value our users and understand how confusing it can feel to see differences between ticket availability on our marketplace and what’s shown on a primary venue site. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify how our platform works and to address this concern directly.

Our user placed their order on October 3, 2025, for two tickets to Nine Inch Nails at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, scheduled for March 16, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The order is confirmed and scheduled for electronic delivery in accordance with the in-hand date of March 15, 2026. This timeline aligns with standard delivery practices across the resale marketplace, where fulfillment depends on when the original source makes tickets available.

Tickets-Center.com is a resale marketplace where independent third-party resellers list tickets for sale. These resellers often secure inventory through authorized sources or pre-arranged access to primary ticket releases once they become available. Because of this, listings may appear on our marketplace before the venue’s public on-sale date. This approach allows fans to secure tickets early, with guaranteed fulfillment once the original source issues them.

Every order placed through Tickets-Center.com is protected by the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets will be delivered in time for entry to the event. This guarantee provides peace of mind that even when fulfillment occurs closer to the event, users can trust their order is secure.

We understand that this process may differ from purchasing directly from a venue, and we sincerely regret any confusion this caused. Our dedicated support team remains available to confirm delivery timelines and assist with any questions leading up to the event.

    Sincerely,
    Tickets-Center.com

Complaint # 23969450 was closed before I could respond to a message from the BBB. Despite the claims of Tickets-Center.com, the business has no relationships to ensure the pre-sale of tickets from the venue for which the tickets are sold. The venue did not provide any pre-sale tickets. The tickets provided by Tickets-Center were speculative and Tickets-Center did not disclose the speculative nature of the tickets as required by California law (CA Business and Professions Code section 22500 et. seq.). The tickets sold by Tickets-Center were purchased from the event venue for $260.16 and re-sold for $618, more than twice their face value. Tickets Center did not have the tickets on hand at the time of sale and did not accurately disclose that these tickets were speculative and would not reflect the face value of the tickets from the venue. If Tickets Center is not refunding the tickets completely, I request a partial refund for the difference between the excess charges and the true face value of the tickets.

Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised by our user regarding their experience with Tickets-Center.com. We fully understand how important it is to feel confident about ticket purchases, especially for live events that hold such meaning, and we regret any confusion or distress experienced during the process.

The order was promptly confirmed on October 3, 2025, and the tickets were delivered on October 8, 2025, via electronic delivery. Multiple reminders and outreach efforts were made to the email address on file and by phone and SMS to support ticket access and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

As a resale marketplace, Tickets-Center.com offers access to event tickets from third-party resellers and is unaffiliated with any official box office, venue, or primary ticketing platform. This information, along with the fact that ticket prices may vary and could be above or below face value, is clearly disclosed on our website and in the terms agreed upon at checkout. Tickets available on our site are listed by independent resellers. Our goal is to connect fans with the opportunity to attend live events, and we uphold rigorous standards to ensure the authenticity and timely delivery of all ticket orders.

I purchased tickets for Maryland vs. Wisconsin football game. I was never able to download the tickets in order to enter the game. I made multiple calls to the support center and spent over an hour with support only to be told to send a screenshot (see attached), that I should try another device, or wait a few hours and try again. I tried one more time at 9am on the day of the game and the tickets still didn't download. I did not have time to spend on the phone again. This company has taken my money and I deserve a refund as they could check to see that the tickets were never scanned since I could not get a barcode.

Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised by our user.

Our user placed their order on August 29, 2025, for two tickets to the Maryland Terrapins at Wisconsin Badgers football game at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, WI, scheduled for September 20, 2025, at 11:00 AM. The order was confirmed and fulfilled the same day via electronic delivery. Our records confirm that the tickets were successfully accepted by the user through the transfer link provided.

We recognize how frustrating it can feel to encounter technical difficulties on game day, especially when the tickets have already been delivered. In this case, the event required NFC-enabled entry, meaning the tickets needed to be added to the user’s Apple Wallet to scan at the gate. While the tickets were delivered and available, our user had trouble completing this final step. Our support team worked directly with them, providing troubleshooting guidance in real time to help navigate the process.

Tickets-Center.com is a marketplace where independent third-party resellers list tickets for sale, and many events now require mobile-only entry for security and convenience. Every order is fully protected by the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets are delivered in time for entry.

While the tickets were successfully transferred and available for use, we empathize with the stress our user felt in trying to add them to their wallet. Our team remains available to assist with these technical steps whenever challenges arise.

    Sincerely,
    Tickets-Center.com

I bought tickets to see Wicked from TicketsCenter. The tickets were not delivered to me. I felt uneasy about the transaction, so today I searched the company to see if it is a legit company. Results came back that it is a scam. I tried to contact company via phone and chat to ask for my tickets to be delivered. The responses were immediate and slowly became longer with the longest being 5 min before responding. Tickets have still not been delivered with no resolution.

At Tickets-Center.com we value our users and take their concerns seriously. We understand how unsettling it can be to wait for tickets and to feel uncertain about the status of an order.

Tickets-Center.com is a marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets ourselves—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and independent third-party resellers. Our goal is to provide a fast, simple, and secure marketplace to browse resale tickets. Interactive Price Maps are available to help users select seats based on their individual preferences, and every order is fully backed by the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets will arrive in time for the event.

Because Tickets-Center.com functions as a marketplace, ticket availability often depends on the third-party reseller obtaining tickets from the original source. It is common in the ticketing industry for primary issuers to release tickets only as the event date approaches. This practice is designed to reduce fraud and ensure accurate fulfillment. As a result, users may not always gain instant access to their tickets or seating details immediately after purchase, but the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee provides assurance that tickets will be delivered in time.

Tickets-Center.com has helped countless users attend live events with confidence. Our customer service team is committed to supporting users before and after their purchase and remains readily available by phone and live chat to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure peace of mind throughout the process.

If our user has any further questions regarding their order for Wicked on 12/22/2025, we welcome them to connect with our support team for assistance. Our user will continue to receive delivery updates via email and their order remains backed by the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee.

I do not accept the response because it says I may contact them via phone or live chat. I tried to do both and did not get valid responses. I also searched the company and found multiple people stating that it is fraudulent. My only wish is that I had done that search prior to ordering the tickets. If this is a valid company, then they should have no problem issuing a refund.

Every order placed through Tickets-Center.com is protected by the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets will be delivered in time for entry to the event.

Our records confirm that our support channels, including live chat and phone, are fully operational and available to assist daily from 9 AM to 11 PM. Somehow they electronically intervened in my ticket purchase of the Philadelphia Ballet’s Oct. 19 production. I was on the Philadelphia Ballet site, for sure I don’t know how their website was able to intervene, but I ended up on their website when I was actually on the Philadelphia Ballet website. It’s in my browsing history.

They never sent the tickets, they said they would come sometime before the event. But the tickets are electronic! They can be sent immediately! And they are WAY more than the actual tickets on the Philadelphia Ballet site. Maybe they buy up tickets, price them high, fool people, and then the DON’T SEND the tickets. Very fishy!

My order number from Tickets-Center.com was 1825432. If I try and use that number to call to speak to someone, it isn’t recognized in the system, so I can’t even reach a person to talk to. The automated system will not let you proceed without an order number. This indicates it doesn’t exist anymore. However I have NOT received any tickets and I have NOT been refunded my $533. So they ask for me to call, but I can’t reach anybody since they removed the order from the system, and I cannot go further in the call. They MUST refund my money in that case and they havent!

Writting to request to help resolve a dispute with Tickets-Center.com:

In May of 2025, I have purchased 4 tickets to a Benson Boone concert. I was fine to buy from a re-seller and over pay.

After the purchase and receipt of order confirmation, a friend informed me the tickets are NOT YET available for SALE!

How can they secure tickets if the are not for sale? It was a red flag so I started researching the company.

I read that on many occasions the tickets are not delivered prior to the event and a credit is provided. I initially requested to cancel, but was quickly directed to their "fine print". Given I needed to make additional travel arrangements I requested tickets-center to "Authenticate" the tickets which by this time have been CONFIRMED to be SECURED:

"Upon checking your order it seems that the seller has already secured these tickets for you and the order has already been confirmed by them so we can't cancel your order."

Tickets-Center was not cooperating and kept providing boiler plate answers, while not providing the tickets nor confirming the seat numbers. In parallel I decided to file a dispute with my Credit Card company.

The credit card company denied the claim on the basis the tickets are for a "future" service and therefore there was no any evidence of a breach until the expected service date.

Next, I have then received a partial refund (for about 2/5) of the total. Tickets-Center informed me my tickets were resold as I was no longer interested in them (I never authorized them to re-sell).

I am therefore writing for support in receiving the balance of my refund (documentation uploaded).

Summary: Tickets-Center.com has perfected the art of legal fine print, using deceptive and possibly illegal practices to extract money. Reading BBB complaints, the fine print seems to indicate any dispute gives tickets-center.com the right to re-sell the tickets and keep the balance. Hence it apprears filing a complaint with VISA triggered such a clause.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/21/2025

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center.com, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address the concerns raised. It should be noted that Tickets-Center.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and independent ticket sellers. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above or below face value.”

With regard to this order, our customer placed their purchase on May 30, 2025 for the Benson Boone event scheduled for October 1, 2025. At the time of purchase, the seller confirmed and secured the requested tickets. As is standard in the ticketing industry, resale listings may appear before the venue’s general public sale date, as individual ticket holders or authorized sellers may have access to secured inventory earlier than the primary market release. This does not mean the tickets are not legitimate—rather, it reflects the nature of a secondary market exchange.

Shortly after the order was placed, our customer requested cancellation. Our representatives explained that all sales are final, in accordance with the terms of use agreed to at checkout. At that time, the order remained valid and confirmed, with an expected delivery date provided. Customers are required during checkout to review an order summary, which includes the event details, delivery method, and the acknowledgment that “all sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.”

In this case, our records reflect that a fraud chargeback was initiated with the customer’s financial institution. Once notification of the chargeback was received, ticket access was revoked to prevent potential use by a third party, and the tickets were subsequently relisted for sale in order to mitigate financial loss, as it is assumed that the financial institution’s fraud review will settle in favor of the cardholder. The chargeback was later resolved in favor of our company. As a result, the customer was refunded the amount for which the tickets were resold. Should the customer have further questions regarding the resolution of their financial institution’s investigation, we recommend they contact their financial institution directly.

We understand our customer’s frustration with this process. However, this order was handled in alignment with the agreed-upon terms of sale, which stipulate that all sales are final and that initiating a dispute may affect ticket availability. The Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee ensures that valid tickets are delivered in time for the event, and in this case, the order was confirmed and secured prior to the financial dispute.

At this time, we maintain that this matter has been addressed in accordance with our policies. If our customer has additional concerns or requires assistance with future transactions, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service team so that we may assist further.

**In order for the bureau to continue to assist you, you MUST provide your view on the matter or your complaint will be closed as answered.

Hello Tickets-Center, thank you for your response but your response does not address any of the key points we have raised. Your entire response is based on your FINE PRINT, which you pressure to skip with a time limit on the transaction, and which terms are unfair, misleading and deceptive. Our contentions are the following: 1. Tickets were sold before they OFFICIALLY went on SALE! Any reasonable consumer would immediately question the validity of the sale and hence we requested a refund. Is it not reasonable for a consumer to expect there is a likely a problem or suspect fraud? Why did you not respond immediately? 2. You have responded that the tickets are secured, we requested on multiple occasions to simply authenticate them, and you could not even provide the seat numbers. If the tickets were secured, why could you not even share that simple information? 3. We never authorized the re-sale of our tickets; you never informed us of your intentions. In fact, You never provided evidence of the existence of tickets nor any evidence of the re-sale of our tickets (with an artificially low price). Why can't you provide any documentation? Is it because you simply "faked" the entire transaction to create the illusion these are re-sold and conveniently fit your FINE PRINT money laundering scheme? All you had to do is provide evidence of authenticity and we would be happy to continue with this transaction. We therefore request BBB to step-in and require Tickets-Center.com to refund the balance of the money they have stolen with this elaborate "fine print" money extraction scheme. Tickets-Center has perfected a strategy to extract money from consumers using fine print that goes beyond California Consumer Laws (hence so many consumers complaints on BBB), Sincerely,

    Business Response

    Date: 09/19/2025

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address the concerns raised. Tickets-Center.com is privately owned and is not affiliated with any venue or box office. Throughout the purchase flow we disclose that the site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above or below face value.

Regarding the timing of this purchase, it is common for tickets to be listed on resale sites during artist/venue presales or other early-access periods. In this instance, the public on-sale coincided with the date the order was placed, and there had been a presale in the days prior. That is how tickets can be secured before the general public date—through presale or other authorized allocations that precede the public on-sale.

On cancellations and “authentication” requests: at checkout, customers are presented with clear disclosures and must affirm acceptance of terms including that all sales are final and that the site displays resale tickets with prices potentially above or below face value. These disclosures appear during checkout alongside the order summary and total prior to payment. The Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee provides that valid tickets will be delivered in time for the event; while specific seat numbers are not available until transfer, the order remains protected under that guarantee.

In this case, the order was disrupted after the consumer reported to their financial institution that the purchase was unauthorized and fraudulent. In accordance with our Terms of Use, when a consumer initiates a fraud chargeback, ticket access is revoked to prevent potential use by a third party. The tickets were subsequently relisted for sale in order to mitigate financial loss, as it is assumed that the financial institution’s fraud review will settle in favor of the cardholder. The consumer’s financial institution later resolved the chargeback in favor of our company, and as a result the customer was refunded the amount for which the tickets were resold. The bank closed its review on June 14, 2025, and a partial refund corresponding to the resale proceeds was issued.

To the concern that tickets were resold “without authorization” or that documentation was not provided: once a fraud dispute is opened, we cannot deliver or re-enable ticket access while the bank’s review is active. Under the agreed terms, tickets may be relisted during that review window to mitigate loss; if they sell, the customer receives the resale proceeds after the bank resolves the dispute. For specific details about the bank’s determination or posting timelines, the card-issuing institution is the authoritative source.

Finally, with respect to concerns about “fine print” and pressure: we understand this perception and have designed our checkout to present key disclosures directly on the pages where customers review their totals and place the order, including the statements that the site displays resale tickets, prices may be above or below face value, and that all sales are final. These disclosures are visible prior to purchase and must be acknowledged to proceed. Based on the above, we believe this order was handled consistent with the agreed terms and the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee. We remain available to assist with any further questions.

    Regards,

The tickets that were sold to me for a Rob Thomas concert in Richmond VA were at an Allianz amphitheater .The seller said that the tickets were vip, with a signed les Paul guitar, meet and greet, but they delivered a general admission ticket, and when contacted about this, they denied it was a vip ticket. The ticket i paid for was 1700 dollars, I would not pay that much for a general admission ticket, and when the ticket summary was sent, there was no information other than the seat number

Throughout our site and checkout process, we disclose that we are a secondary marketplace and that prices may be above face value, and that we are not affiliated with any box office or venue.

For this order, the customer selected tickets listed as Section 102, Row B for one seat to the Richmond, VA Rob Thomas performance. The listing did not include any VIP benefits, “meet & greet,” or a signed guitar. If a seller offers VIP amenities, those details appear in the ticket notes prior to checkout; no such notes were present on this listing. We understand the disappointment when an experience doesn’t match expectations, but we must clarify that our records do not show VIP inclusions tied to this order.

During checkout, customers are shown an order summary with event details and ticket location, along with a full price breakdown before submitting payment. To place an order, customers must affirm the Terms & Privacy Policy acknowledging that (i) the site displays resale tickets that may be above face value, (ii) we are not affiliated with a venue/box office, and (iii) all sales are final with no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. The total charge is re-stated directly above the “Place Order” button at the time of purchase.

Our records indicate the ticket was delivered via electronic transfer on May 7, 2025 (the same date the order was placed), and the order was fulfilled in accordance with the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets are delivered in time for the event. While the customer later referenced “general admission,” the ticket purchased was a reserved location in Section 102, Row B; there were no VIP benefits on the listing, and none were removed or denied after purchase.

As all relevant listing details and terms were available prior to purchase, and the ticket was delivered as listed and on time, we consider this matter closed. If the customer has any additional questions, we welcome them to contact our customer service team.

    Regards,
    Tickets-Center.com

I  am telling you that it did, that you as a company are lying, I know what I saw ,I know what I purchased, and eventually someone is going to screenshot the vip details before the purchase and not just "trust the website ".Whether you are aware of this or not, you will potentially be liable.

We understand the customer’s rebuttal that VIP benefits were shown prior to purchase and that our company is “lying.” Following that rebuttal, we re-reviewed the order audit for this specific selection. The listing the customer chose displayed: Section 102, Row B, with the note “Please note that you will need to use an iOS or Android mobile device to gain entry to your event.” There were no references to VIP, meet & greet access, or a signed guitar in the listing notes at the time of selection or checkout.

We acknowledge the customer’s conviction about what they recall seeing. For clarity, our platform retains records of listing content and the checkout confirmation screens shown at the time of purchase. Those records for this order do not contain any VIP language.

Regarding the suggestion that a general admission ticket was delivered, the ticket purchased and delivered was a reserved location in Section 102, Row B. Delivery occurred on May 7, 2025, and the order was fulfilled in accordance with the Tickets-Center.com 100% Guarantee, which ensures valid tickets are delivered in time for the event. Disclosures about resale tickets and pricing are presented before payment is submitted.

Based on the re-review of our records, no VIP benefits were promised, removed, or denied after purchase. If new, verifiable evidence is provided, we will reassess; absent that, we consider the matter resolved as the ticket was delivered as listed and on time.

    Regards,
    Tickets-Center.com

My wife attempted to buy tickets to a musical play scheduled for October 1, 2025, through the theater's website. Somehow, her browser was redirected to Ticket-Center.com. She purchased two tickets through ticket-center.com believing she was buying the tickets from the theater. The purchase was made on July 19, 2025 using our joint credit card. As of today, July 31, 2025, we had not received the tickets. She called Ticket Ceter customer service who could not tell her what seats she purchased and that we would get the tickets sometime in September. She requested to cancel the order and get a refund. They refused and said that she could resell the tickets even though their 100% satisfaction guarentee states they will provide a refund or a credit in the amount of the purchase. Since we have not received the tix, we cannot resell them. We filed a dispute through our credit card company. It was not evident that this site was a third party ticket reseller. We believe that this is a scam and that Ticket-Center.com is fraudulantly doing business and should be investigated.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center.com, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, and include disclosures that tickets may be above face value throughout our website.

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Six the Musical, they were prompted to select the quantity of tickets they want. After they chose the number of tickets, they were able to see the tickets available. Once selected, the customer was provided with an in-depth description of their ticket information, event details, ticket quantity and any other notes related to the tickets. After confirming their selection and clicking "Get these tickets", the customer was directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $260.95 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Furthermore, they are asked to add their billing address, and they are prompted to click the "Continue" button, where below it states, "Your account will not be charged yet." Then, our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the order summary below. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars. Some venues may require proof of vaccination or negative COVID test. You are responsible for checking venue health and safety requirements for entry." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown was reiterated, along with any additional ticket notes. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $260.95  which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

Prior to receiving this claim, we thoroughly discussed this matter with our customer. As all order details in question were accessibly and visibly displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Our customer has stated that they believed they were purchasing through the website for the venue or of the event itself. However, it should be noted that our web address and website branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. The top of every event and ticket listing page clearly states, “Secondary market tickets. Prices may be above face value.”

Once our customer selected the ticket listing they desired for Pantera, they were able to see the tickets available and the Delivery Method. After confirming their selection, they were directed to input their email address. Please note that here, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and number of tickets the customer has selected on the right-hand side. This breakdown detailed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total charge of $196.50 in bold text prior to entering any payment information. Once our customers input their payment and billing information, they were prompted to click “Continue” and under this button it states: “Your account will not be charged yet.” Then, our customer is required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms stating, “I agree to the Terms & Privacy Policy. I have reviewed the Order Summary above. I understand that this site displays resale tickets and that prices may be above face value. I understand that this site is not affiliated with any box office or venue. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All prices are listed in US Dollars." Below the terms, our customer’s order total breakdown is reiterated. Directly below the “Place Order” our customer was presented with the message, "By clicking 'Place Order,' your credit card will be charged $196.50 which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees" at which time our customer proceeded to place their order.

It should also be noted, tickets for our customer's event were transferred electronically through a third-party platform to the email address they provided during checkout on 7/31/25 at 5:46 PM CST. The email customer received contains instructions and a link to claim their tickets. We maintain that all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order; as such, we consider this matter closed. If our customer has any additional concerns regarding their order, we encourage them to reach out to our customer service department so that they may be addressed.

In March, I purchased two tickets through Tickets-Center.com for the Alabama Shakes concert for July 16, 2025, at the Salt Shed in the Chicago area. I believed I had accepted the tickets but learned a few days before the event that the tickets were showing in Ticketmaster (where they were transferred to me) as invalid. I was continuing to work on accepting them and talked to customer service about it. On July 14, 2025, two days before the concert, I received a message that the seller had taken back the tickets. I immediately talked to customer service and was told that the agent (name sounded like "Chow?") had to escalate the issue and that I would get a resolution by email before the concert. I never heard back. The concert came and went, and I had no tickets, despite having paid $500+ for them. I sent an email the morning of the concert again seeking resolution before the concert and have now raised this multiple times with the by email. I can get no response.

In November 2024, I purchased two tickets through Ticket Center (a third-party seller) for Hamilton at the Ohio Theater in Columbus, scheduled for July 12, 2025. The seats were Balcony D, Row R. I paid a total of $537.40. On November 17, 2024, I received an email prompting me to accept and transfer the tickets through Broadway in Columbus.
However, in early June 2025, I was notified that the tickets had been invalidated. Upon contacting the Ohio Theater, I was informed that Ticket Center had violated policy by bulk-purchasing tickets, which is not permitted. As a result, the theater canceled those tickets.
While the Ohio Theater was helpful in getting us alternate seats after I repurchased them, I did not receive a refund for the original purchase, and I never received any valid tickets from Ticket Center. Despite contacting them multiple times, Ticket Center has refused to issue a refund, stating that they cannot, even though they received full payment and failed to deliver a valid product.
I also contacted my bank, but because the purchase occurred more than six months ago, they say they cannot reverse the charge—even though the tickets were only invalidated two weeks ago.
I am requesting a full refund of $537.40 from Ticket Center for the invalidated tickets that were never honored or delivered in usable form.

Thank you for reaching out to us. At Tickets-Center, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address our customer’s concerns. It should be noted that Tickets-Center is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers, and include disclosures that tickets may be above face value throughout our website. Tickets-Center facilitates thousands of successful ticket transfers each day with satisfied customers, so we are confident of the efficacy of our processes. In this case our customer's tickets were delivered on 11/17/24. A ticket transfer email was sent to the email address entered by the customer at the time of purchase and contained a link the customer should follow to accept their tickets. A clear and detailed explanation of this process was also provided in the email sent to the customer. After the customer made us aware of the issue they were experiencing with their accepted tickets we requested they provide an alternate email address in order to request a retransfer form the seller. The seller was able to complete this retransfer request to the alternate email address provided by the customer on 6/25/25. It should be noted the seller has provided documentation indicating the transfer to the alternate email address was successful. If our customer requires additional assistance in accepting their tickets we would suggest they contact our customer service team.
