    Total scam, no customer service. Even cancelled twice from march to November. Refuse to issue a refund keep telling me wait for the artist to reschedule for a third time. Over a year! Chat bot is robot that doesn’t understand, can’t get a live agent on the phone no email response when they tell you to email it comes back as unmanaged account. Total BS business. DO NOT USE. They pop up as a legit seller because they must pay to advertise but you will never get your money back for cancelled events

    I purchased tickets from this website for a play that was happening in a few months. They told me that they could not deliver the tickets until the day of, and come to realize that their fees were double what it would have cost to just go through the box office. Because they have a "no refund" policy I couldn't get my money back. Recommend you do not work with them in any capacity in the future.

    This is an awful company! I was misdirected to this company and paid $461 for 2 tickets to Purple Rain. I realized the tickets were only $176 at the real site I was trying to purchase from. I contacted them right away and they refused to stop the charge on my card and refund the money. DO NOT USE!!!

    Recently, I was thrilled to receive an email announcing the pre-sale of tickets for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in Milwaukee, WI, scheduled for December 27th. This opportunity felt like the perfect way for me to express my gratitude and give back to those who supported me during a challenging year marked by illness and my husband’s battle with cancer. Although my budget is limited, I was able to purchase five tickets at the pre-sale price.
    However, when Ticketmaster released tickets for sale, I realized I was taken advantage of by a company called Ticket Center, based in Dover, DE. The total cost for the five tickets I bought amounted to $1,330.41 for seats in section 102. This price was more than double what Ticketmaster was offering for the same seats. Discovering this left me both shocked and heartbroken, especially knowing that I could have brought more people to the show with the amount I paid. This experience has made it difficult for me to fully look forward to the show.
    I have requested that Ticketmaster consider severing ties with your company. In addition, I have sent a complaint to you, the Better Business Bureau (BBB). I am also informing my extensive network of contacts to beware of their business practices, and I intend to reach out to local TV and radio stations. My goal is to share the message about how Ticket Center takes advantage of customers.

    A very unethical money grab business. Bought tickets from them thinking it was the primary seller to find out we paid over $100 for $10 tickets. I thought the event itself was going to be high end, turns out we just got ripped off by a terribly unethical company that deserves to be shut down.
