    Do not buy from this company. They are an unscrupulous operation playing the system to stay afloat. They are the broker so I assume they can blame bad behavior on the "sellers", but the whole thing reeks. Users get tricked, by whatever means, into believing tickets-center is an official operation, and are then grossly overcharged. I was able to finally get my tickets the day of the show after calling customer service, but they were the worst seats in the house (not the seats I selected). I had been charged five times the price of the seats I got. I just let it go at that point, but lesson learned!

    Extreme price gouging!! Price though venue was total $200. Ticket center charged almost $600. Scam business

    Byer beware, I clicked on the wrong race and Ticket Center refused to reverse my transaction after I realized my error stating Alll Sales are Final. I will dispute these charges with my credit card, It is against the law to not refund a race that isn't until February 2026, transaction date 12/15/26.

    Do not use. Rip off at best scam at worst. Tickets for a Christmas present ballet for my wife is supposed to be delivered yesterday for performance in two hours and hasn’t been delivered. 24 hours and multiple messages and screenshots to them and computers responding still no tickets. It’s bad enough I fell for this scam at charging three times for subpar tickets that’s on me but there was a service level to say incompetent, greedy is a gross understatement. I would avoid them at all cost

    Ticket received states seat number26
    Unable to verify correct number, by phone text or email!
    Just hope I have a seat for Rod Stewart at Winstar

    SCAM!!!!! I paid for tickets I never received! I was sent several emails telling me my tickets had been transferred but there was no way to claim them! Emails to customer support went unanswered, their live chat and support phone numbers are nothing but repetitive, cyclical robot responses! Complete SCAM!!!!

    Fraudulent company. Purchased tickets to a show and the re-seller sold the tickets, which were guaranteed, back. A day before the show we didn't have the tickets we originally purchased. Had to go through another site to purchase the tickets. Will not use this site again. Very disappointing.

    I thought I was on the theater website and bought (very overpriced) tickets. The website had made me believe that there were limited tickets remaining for the show. Once I realized my mistake shortly after my purchase, I reached out to try to cancel my order. They refused. My bank was unable to do anything about it. I believe this business purposely tricks people into purchasing tickets using deceptive tactics and has terrible customer service to boot. Lesson learned, I deeply regret my purchase. I'm potentially out $250.

    I got sucker in thinking it was the official website for the venue and it was not. paid about 60% more. Not happy that they pay Google to be the first site that pops up. Very deceiving
