    I was charged 3 times face value of ticket plus a $76 service charge as they claimed this was market value. There were empty seats around me and other show goers were charged less even with buying tickets after I did. Customer service left me on hold forever and claimed they can do nothing, no supervisor to talk to, etc. thieves

    This website is a scam that charged me over three times the amount compared to ticket master. There is no way for me to get a refund. I cannot believe this site has not been taken down and there is no place to report this type of “business”. I would stay away.

    This company should be shut down. They pose as a legit ticket site then charge you double and refuse to refund even if you’ve just made the purchase. I’m disputing with my credit card company.

    I googled a comedy show that I wanted to see. The “tickets-center.com” website came up first and SEEMED legit. They ended up stealing nearly $350 from me. Total scam.

    I recommend no one use this company. I made the mistake of using them and will eventually lose my funds used to purchase what seems like a scam. This is what I received regarding entry into the venue.
    " The tickets you ordered are designated as Paperless Tickets, which require your party to be escorted into the event by the original purchaser. This representative will present the credit card used to purchase the tickets on the primary market to the ticket attendant, granting you entry into the event."
    I feel like I'm being scammed. Tried to get a refund from Tickets-Center.com (no Luck) had my card company, American Express, to stop payment (they then recharged my account). Seems I have no recourse.

    SCAM. Stay away. Got suckered into a misleading ad then BOOM the nightmare began!! Never received tickets. Charged me anyways saying NO REFUNDS!! Absolute SCAM company!! They should be ashamed of themselves!! Tried to fight PayPal and Chase but they didn’t even leave me with proof to say that I cancelled it. STAY AWAY!! Disgusting way to run a business. Rot in hell!!

    Ticket Master is a scam
    I bought tickets for 400 they send the order for 293 the tickets are 85 dollars. Be careful don’t buy from them…..

    Horrific customer service! I attempted to purchase two tickets for an upcoming show in April 2023. I received a red banner stating that my credit card was unable to be processed. I decided not to follow through with the purchase and exited out of the website, thinking that based on the prompt I received, the purchase would not be processed. I then checked my email and had a confirmation email from the company and my card had been processed! I called their customer service right away and they explained that because I had received a confirmation email my purchase was final, no refunds. I never received the confirmation page from their website! Absolute fraud. I am so upset. Any advice on how to proceed with this would be greatly appreciated. This company needs to be stopped.
