    The tickets are usually more expensive for being reseller tickets, but the order was complete correctly and I received the tickets in a day. Worked all good to me.

    I Had no problems with this establishment. I even forgot about tickets to a show that had been cancelled during Covid almost 2 years ago. They sent an email and within 3 days I was reimbursed over $300.00.

    The seller didn’t fulfill our order for a week and a half so we were screwed out of sitting at the same table that we picked where our friends are sitting. They tried to seat us at a table across from them with strangers for $20 off each ticket. Not worth it.

    Should of looked into this before I bought! Didn’t realize they were Way more expensive than the regular tickets. You get directed to them by google. SCAM! Should be looked into by BBB or Attorney General.

    I would prefer to give zero stars. This was a total scam. I purchased tickets to the Fox Theatre over 3 months in advance of the show on Christmas Eve. I bought orchestra tickets and payed a large sum for them. My confirmation statement said the tickets would be email on 12/23. On the morning of 12/24, I had still not received an email. I called ticket-centers.com and was told the seller was having issues sending them and I could have them within 2 hours. The show started in 3 hours. On the way to the show, I called again because I still had not received the tickets. I was put on hold for a very long time and then told the tickets were no longer available. I was then told the seller had 3 balcony seats to offer but they weren’t together. I am a single mom with two kids. I was in no way going to seat my children away from me in a crowded venue. I did ask what the cost difference was and I was told they were being offered at the same cost. I requested a full refund. To say we were disappointed was an understatement. What I am most disappointed about is the lie I was told 3 hours prior to the show. There was absolutely no issue in sending the tickets because they never planned to anyway. I would never recommend using this company.

    Total scam, buys ads on Google to appear above ticket master, uses dark patterns to coerce making decisions quickly so you don’t lose a seat

    Be careful!!!! I bought two tickets on my phone, thinking I was going through the web site of the theater. I was not. Tickets-center had an ad near the top of my search results, and I should have known better than to click on it. When I got to my computer the next day and checked the theater's actual web site, it turned out I had paid double the price for my tickets, and I didn't even get a seat assignment. This company makes money not by creating value for customers, but through effective SEO and the gullibility of people like me. Never again.

    Saw ad for Cirque de Soleil on Facebook so searched google to get tickets. Top site from Google was tickets-center,com. I mistakenly assumed this was the legit Cirque site as it appeared but was instead a scam of sorts. I ordered tickets and part of their supposed agreement is that you cannot cancel or get a refund, even a minute after the order. I checked to find the real site sold the tickets for less than half. This scam costs me $200 for 2 tickets. They appear to take your order and buy the real tickets thru the real site and then give you those tickets which show the actual price. You are screwed and they get loads of money for scamming the public. How can our legal system allow such an outrageous company to exist and rape the public. I am very hurt by this. Was Google in cahoots?

    Go to ticket master!!!!!!!!! Or you will be sorry.

    In addition to higher than market valve they charge $50 service charge per ticket

    Scam Tickets site! Don't buy tickets from them! I too thought I was buying from the actual venue and I was actually purchasing from the venue directly. They charged me over double the cost of the tickets plus a service fee. They are basically scalpers online. I don’t know how they are not already been shut down. Capital One was no help either! Beware!
