    Literally evil. Accidentally purchased a ticket with Apple Pay. I have no tickets and the company doesn’t even have customer service or support. I will be disputing with my bank but beware. Fraudulent company.

    DO NOT USE THIS SITE! This is actually a zero-star rating but that was not an option. This site uses deceptive and unfair practices, including Search Engine Optimization and user experience design that minimizes the fact that it is not the official box office for any of the events it advertises, to rip off customers and sell them "resold" tickets at a much higher price than they would've paid transacting directly with the box office (where tickets are still abundantly available).

    Do not buy from here. They take out ads on Google and make it look like they're the place to get official tickets but they're not. The prices are often double the normal price if not more. It's easy to get confused on the site and I'm nearly positive they sell your info immediately since I've suddenly gotten an influx in spam since ordering my tickets. Their customer service is so used to immediate complaints that they have copy/paste replies on chat. No refunds. Stay far away from this business and be sure you're buying from the venues preferred source and not these unscrupulous resellers.

    ABSOLUTE SCAM.

    PROMISE TICKETS. DELIVER - well, a promise. Or an offer of a refund! First offer was for 8% of purchase price. They eventually offered 25% of the sale price (yeah - we scammed you, and will keep a 75% "you're a sucker" bonus for us). BUTBUTBUT! You can ALSO get a STORE CREDIT! Which, since these guys are scammers, is worth...um - $0

    This is nothing less than a ticket scalping bunch of crap. Sell you tickets then you go print them and the face valve is far less than what you pay. That is scalping no matter how the hell you sugar coat the pile of shit.

    Do not buy tickets from this firm. I logged on to: las vegas sphere. It took me to the following site: Wizard of Oz Sphere above this it said: https//tickets-center.com. This is very deceptive. Your led to believe it's an official Sphere site. The site turns out to be firm that buys a block of tickets and resells them through your firm. The deception continues. They offer only seats that they own. But indicate no others are available. But there are more seats on other sites. But thinking I am on the official Sphere web site I am unaware of this deception. In addition to the a fore mentioned deception. They charged a $360 fee and overcharged for my seats. Look I am an 88 year old veteran with cancer. All I was trying to do is give my adult children a happy event with me. This experience has so spoiled it for me.

    Purchased tickets for a show well before the event thinking it was through the venue site. They over charged by absurd margins over twice the actual ticket price and changed the seats I ordered to the very last row from the row directly behind the orchestra, and do not allow for any refunds even though they changed the seats. They will not provide the tickets until literally the night before the show, making it impossible to even sell the tickets to recoup some of the cost now that I have repurchased the seats I wanted from the venue itself.

    0 stars, but can’t choose that. I bought tickets for what tickets-center.com was advertising to be for the musical Rent at the Kravis center in West Palm Beach on 3/11/26. The show is actually Rent: live in Concert, which is people singing songs from the musical, but not the musical. These tickets were, of course, also sold for more than on the Kravis center website, but unfortunately were also more googlable than legitimate Kravis center tickets. So not only did I pay more, but the tickets are not for the musical as advertised by tickets-center.com. I filed a ftc complaint and am seeking a refund through my bank. I called the tickets-center.com number, but of course get to a generic automated system explaining their refund policy which is no refund and no option to speak to an actual person. Fraud.

    The customer service is the least helpful customer service I have ever dealt with. The company poses themselves as a legit company, but the third party inventory is purchasing from another seller inventory that is not guaranteed your ticket. In the event they cannot perform, they will refund. This is not helpful if you are expected a ticket to an event and planning MONTHS in advance for. Their customer service provided no assurance about their sellers or nor how the inventory works. The promises of refunds I was made for partial amounts have not been sent to my email yet. I cannot stress enough. DO NOT USE. This service provider. If you ask for a full refund, they respond that it is against policy, but that you can sell through their partnered resale platform… WHY would you want to get scammed twice and pay them twice. That’s not customer service, that’s backwards sales. I do not believe that the individuals working in another country do their customer service are even marking enough for this company to be scamming the way they do. Stay safe out there.
