  Bought tics in July for event in Oct. $$ charged to VISA immediately with no text/communication as to when i might see them other than "before the event".
  Multiple communications to them over 3.5 months enquiring about the tics. "Form" email response reassuring me that they were on the way. 72 hours before the event finally got through and spoke with someone who sounded "surprised" and said they would get on it. In the meantime, i had bought other tics to the event from the competition as i did not trust getting these from Ticket Center at this point. 72 hours prior to the event (3.5 months after i paid for them) they arrived via Ticketmaster. Didn't need them anymore as I'd made alternative plans for this sold out event. Had to sell online for huge loss as Ticket Master charges more than any of their competition. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! The business model is a joke.

  This is a scam and needs to be taken off of the internet. These people need to be investigated for fraud. They sell fake tickets, then they ask for your identifying info- id card, passport, drivers license, etc. take these people off the Internet please

  This company named Ticket-Center lead me to believe they were the only seller of tickets for The Sound of Music at the Peace Center in Greenville S.C. When ordering my tickets, the auditorium seating arrangement mimicked the Peace Center's auditorium seating. I thought I was on the correct site, yet the seats were over 279 plus tax and service fees each. According to the timing of events leading up to my actual purchase, it was determined by investigators that the Ticket-Center did not have my tickets in hand when purchased. I never saw any terms of service which, in writing this, I looked up and is 10 pages long. They never sent me a receipt and 3 days later, asked in an email for the money again, and I told them I had already paid them 3 days earlier and wondered why they were asking for this money once more! Oh, just ignore that, I was told. For The Sound of Music at the Peace Center in Greenville S.C., I was charged $1333.00 for 5 tickets including shipping and service fees of $298.00. Thus, each ticket cost $326.26.
  The actual tickets to purchase on the https web site of the Peace Center in Greenville, S.C., is $75.00 each for The Sound of Music, 1/4 the Ticket-Center's price.
  The Peace Center have indicated they will not accept tickets from this third party. The 298.00, was returned back initially for the delivery/service fee. The incident with documentation was explained to my banker. He immediately determined fraud and alerted the fraud department. Thankfully, I received all of my money back 3 days after my consultation at the bank. I discourage any one from purchasing tickets from Ticket-Center based on my experience.

  Like all of the other reviewers, I just paid twice the price of the primary venue site. I quickly and foolishly googled the venue with the show tor which I wanted tickets. Tickets-Center.com came up. A picture of the theater appeared, and I figured the venue had started to use a management company to manage ticket sales. I went through with the purchase. I have to admit there were red flags along the way. The tickets were more expensive than I expected, and there was a no cancellation policy stated as I proceeded through the steps. So I own some of this. When I finished the purchase, I looked carefully at the pamphlet I had received from the venue, and I immediately realized my mistake.
  I purchased 5 tickets to a show to take my family. I won’t actually receive these tickets until the day before the show (another red flag). Will I actually get tickets. When I get to the theater, will these tickets be valid, decent (I paid top notch) seats?
  This is not an honest business, They take advantage of people. I admit I should have known better, but in a weak moment, I allowed myself to be scammed. These people should be shut down. They provide no service to anyone but themselves. There should be an option for zero stars.

  DO NOT USE TICKET CENTER. Purchased tickets from them at 3x face value because they implied all tickets were sold out. Turns out, tickets hadn't even gone on sale yet. They also committed to a 2 day delivery (which I paid for) since the tickets were a gift, then followed up with an email stating not to expect the tickets for another 5 weeks! (I'm not making that up.) When contacted, they were indifferent and refused to cancel the transaction. If you are as stupid as I was and let these people take advantage of you like I did, your only recourse will be to file a dispute with your credit card company.

  I prematurely made a purchase for a show that is not scheduled until mid May 2026. It was going to be a Christmas gift, but after speaking with the person they were for just minutes after. I found that they would not be able to take leave at that time, so I contacted the company immediately to cancel and they refused. The payment is still only pending and again, it's over 7 months away and technically, I haven't received tickets. I could understand if I waited days, weeks, or even months to cancel, but Im talking a cancellation attempt less than 5 minutes after. There are plenty other ticket sales companies put there. For piece of mind, I would suggest that you take your business to a company which provides customer service.

  This website Ticket-Center is an absolute scam. They never actually send you the ticket, but they sure do take the money. I'm not sure why this company still exists because it has been scamming people for years. Someone should organize a class action law suit against Ticket-Center.

  In late March of 2025, I went online to purchase tickets for the Oct. 9th Pat Metheney Concert at Carnegie Hall. I signed onto the Carnegie Hall web site and proceeded to purchase my tickets. Somehow, Ticket-Center.com intercepted the transaction and without my knowledge proceeded to take my order. I paid $306 for two tickets, and they informed me that the E-tickets would be delivered on or before Oct. 8. I thought that late date was cutting it close but, it was my first time with tickets online and thought it was the way it's done across the industry. On October 6, 2025, I received an email from Ticket-Center, that my two tickets were redeemable at a link they provided. I spent from October 6 to the day of the event trying to redeem my tickets from a bogus link they provided. I called Carnegie Hall, but they had no knowledge of the transaction or the link that had their name. I tried speaking with someone at Ticket-Center's customer service, but they apparently don't provide that option. This was a distasteful experience, and I learned that buying tickets, online, is a risky business with many dishonest players out to get your hard-earned cash! This my fist and last time purchasing tickets online! Beware of this company!
