  Misleading Availability and Inflexible Policies - Buyer Beware
  
  I purchased a ticket through Tickets Centre in September for an upcoming event at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta. At the time of purchase, their website showed few seats left "selling fast!!," and no available tickets under $200, forcing me to buy a seat in the far back Gallery section.
  
  Just weeks later, I discovered that much cheaper tickets (around $90) are now widely available in far better sections - orchestra and pit seating - even on the front row -- both through the venue directly and other sellers. This suggests that either their website was showing artificially limited inventory, or they were only displaying the most expensive options.
  
  When I tried to address this with customer service, I learned their cancellation policy is essentially non-existent. They claim "all sales are final" the moment you click purchase, with extremely limited "covered reasons" for cancellation. Their chat support was automated/scripted and offered only token gestures (small store credit, minimal refund). After a callback, they offered me a small partial refund.
  
  Incredibly frustrating. I feel totally swindled. Worse, I could be sitting on the front row right now if I had just had the wherewithal to have checked the theater directly...

  O stars This isa crooked company that fast sells tickets at quadruple the PEACE CENTER. Price. Unknowingly, I thought this was the peace center because I was told by them that they are responsible for all the Peace center’s tickets for The Sound of Music In Greenville, SC. I never saw any reference to terms of contract for this company and never sent a receipt for purchase of five balcony seats at1over 1300.00.
  Push you into buying tickets with coersion techniques.
  They are ruthless. I spoke with one girl and then called back and the lady said there is no one by that name april. All foreigners not alive person at the peace center

  Tickets-Center is a total SCAM company. They trick people into buying tickets from them as if they are Ticketmaster. They say they only charge more for tickets as the cost they have to pay as a reseller, but they lie.
  
  As an example, they said they had to charge me more than double the going rate due to the cost they had to pay for them; however, they paid the exact price Ticketmaster charged to ticket master but charged me more than 100% more for the tickets. They just took my information and purchased the tickets from ticketmaster for less than $600 for me an my wife, ticket master sent me our tickets, but Tickets-Center charged me more than $1,300. They are crooks.

  Parking Ticket was Fraudulent. Could not be used at the Navy Shipmen vs Temple University Homecoming Football game 10/11/25. Tried to resolve it several times. Customer Service is all AI with scripted responses only. There is no escalaton Team. Paolo, Shekkaina and Jeanilyn are all AI robots with no true conflict/resolution skill set. The one human that did answer to a made up toll free number said nothing and pretended to transfer call and of course the so called transfer number was disconnected. Do not USE! Ticket Master is the legitimate source for everything!

  Zero stars is a better review. Why would a ticket reseller as for identification verification like a picture of your passport or drivers license. AI says this is a legitimate business. I beg to differ. Google please take them off. They are making you look bad.

  Buyer Beware! Ticket Center acts like it is the official seller of tickets for a venue, but is a deceptive 3rd party that charges 3 or 4 times face value! Their deception will cost you!

  Like the other reviews state, I bought tickets from them when I thought I was buying directly from the venue. Paid three times the face value and there were plenty of tickets still available directly from the venue. These guys suck!

  DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM THIS SITE!!!!! THEY PAY GOOGLE TO BE AT THE TOP OF THE WEB BROWSER TO CONFUSE CONSUMERS. YOU MAY THINK YOU ARE LOGGING INTO THE DIRECT WEBSITE OF THE VENUE BUT ARE QUICKLY DIVERTED. We bought tickets to Lion King at the DCPA in Denver the face value of the ticket was $65.00 but we were charged by the end of the purchase ( not total was shown until you hit purchase) the total ended up being $438.00 for two tickets, there were several hidden fees. We tried to reverse the charge and could not. We tried to speak to a manager and could not get in contact with one the first line representative said that he was the highest person available.
