    The website is a scam I bought tickets for Disney on Ice and they were half the price on Ticketmaster.

    This company is a fraud. Ticket Center will deny you the tickets up until the day before. They will offer you replacement tickets but next you know you are in bad seats that you paid big money for.
    I have an email that says "your tickets are secure" then last min 12/6/25 on the day of the event they tell me the tickets are not available.

    Absolutely the worst ticket-buying experience I have ever had. My event is tomorrow, and I STILL do not have my tickets. I feel stupid for using this company in the first place. Their customer service is completely useless—basically bot-level responses that repeat the same generic, meaningless lines no matter what you ask. No real help, no accountability, no urgency.

    This company ruined what should have been a simple, straightforward purchase. I will never use tickets-center.com again, and I strongly urge others not to repeat my mistake. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and wasted time. I would have put negative star review if there was an option

    They take you to their website, pretending to be another website and I bought tickets at four times their face value. It is a huge scam, buyer beware! I will be happy to go on every website I can find to report this unscrupulous business.

    Deceptive website advertising....HUGH FEES, NO IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF THE TICKETS.

    In addition they strongly PUSH a "NO SHOW" refund insurance. This comes with "SPECIAL CONDITIONS" that are UNLIKELY to be realized.

    I thought I was dealing with the Providence Performing Art Center ! DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE!

    Very easy website to use. Gave me plenty of time to complete transaction. Not thrilled about all the fees on ticket purchase, but excited for the game.

    They are overcharging for events and refuse to give a refund minutes after the purchase. The online chat and customer service wanted to give me “in store credit” of about 10% of what I paid.
