  I would give zero stars if it was an option.
  They did not state anywhere in the listing that the event was restricted to those over 21 due to restrictions at the site where the event was being held. Because of this, we were unable to use our tickets.
  We didn't even know about the restriction until we were sent our tickets the day before the event. When contacted about cancelling our order or getting a refund, they refused to do either and said our only option was to list the tickets (through them, of course), for resale.

  Clicked on an ad that my husband sent me for a concert. I wish I would have gone straight to ticket master. Over paid for crappy seats, can’t try to resell them, and I’m not sure if I will even get the tickets because they don’t send them until 11:59 pm the day before. I can’t even see the order status because it says my order number (that they emailed me) doesn’t exist.

  Deceptive! The tickets were more than double the official price. I thought I was using the official website for TicketMaster. How long will this online deception go on before these people are restricted from the internet?

  If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely deceiving company. I saw that a favorite band was coming to our area and I searched for tickets. Was on the venue hosting the event but then somehow ended up on Tickets-Center website and they charged 4 times the amount. I realized my mistake immediately and reached out to Tickets-Center to cancel. Even though transaction had not gone through (transaction pending on my credit card), they refused to cancel transaction stating they had already secured my purchase with the vendor. The venue is not close to selling out, prices listed at venue 1/4 price Tickets-Center charged me.

  My experience with Ticket Center was extremely disappointing. After purchasing my tickets, I never received them in my email as they had assured. Their customer support is inadequate and almost impossible to reach when problems occur. I highly recommend avoiding Ticket Center and their affiliate, Lysted.com, It's nothing but a series of lies. Spare yourself the hassle and look for a more trustworthy alternative.

  Never received my tickets! Bought three tickets for Queen concert in Richmond and did not receive them as promised via email. Also no response to my email inquiry. Over $500 lost.
