    Just like many others, I believed I was buying tickets through TicketMaster. I went to a venue's website to order tickets, and I was sent to this website. Because of this, I thought this purchase would be legitimate. When I realized it wasn't, I immediately contacted an agent and was told there was no way to cancel an order. I paid 3 times the amount of market value. I was duped, and I now I'm eating hundreds of dollars of crow. This company profits off the oversight of excited people wanting to see a concert, play, or event. I'm extremely disgusted by the entire process, and I want to warn everyone to avoid this website.

    I didn't realize this was not the legitimate site for tickets. Buying locally was what I thought. Paid almost $250 more than if I had purchased on the correct ticket site. Counting fees and taxes too. Clicked from Facebook thinking it was legit.
    Will never do this again, but my grandchildren are so excited to go. Feeling scammed. Typical of today's business practices I guess. Happy 2023 to me!

    I just left a review and I went back to check my tickets and they are in the corner in the last row, V section and this is not what I paid for. I will call my bank today to stop payment!!!

    I am unhappy about waiting until the day before the event to get my tickets. I'm also not happy about having the do this with an account on a cell phone. I'm paying over $700 and this inconvenience is not a good thing.

    Thought I was buying from a legit site. Even bought Protection Insurance. My $710 ticket purchase only gives me back $177! REALLY?! I am beyond pissed! The company states I can re sell my tickets….OH, but in order to do that, I have to have possession of the tickets. Which they won’t issue to me until the day before the concert!! How do these people sleep at night?

    I purchased 2 tickets for Mannheim Streamroller to the tune of $500.00 (cost of the tickets plus their processing fee.) Got to the venue tonight and I could not get signed in on their mobile app. After several unsuccessful tries, I ended up having to stand in line and go to the ticket counter and having my them print a paper ticket. The price on the paper ticket ~ $88.00 each!! Never Again!! You have been warned!!
