    I also thought I was on the legit ticket master site and it seemed the seats were going very fast so I purchased my tickets. Which I did in fact receive, and hope are legit. Only to find out that I could have gotten virtually the same tickets such as location within the venue and proximity to the stage; for Half The Price. It’s like they rigged the whole internet so no matter how you searched it led you back to their site. That’s why I thought it was legit. These people should be class action sued for this scam and possibly prosecuted

    I too consider this website a scam. I cancelled same day and they said they could not do anything about it. They know nothing at all about customer service. This event is not until the end of March so they had lots of time to resale these tkts.

    Is there any way to terminate their business license? How many complaints need to be sent in before their state attorney can be involved?

    When I tried to submit this they said there was a problem because I didn't enter any stars!!!! There are no negative stars

    On top of the ticket prices, I was charged a "service fee" of $28 PER ticket. I'll probably just call the box office from now on.

    Everyone doesn't own a smartphone, accommodations should be made. Also, it would be nice, if we, as customers have the option to talk to a live agent and not a robot excellent customer service should be your vision.

    This company is horrible. They pose as Ticketmaster or the venue and over charge for tickets. I feel so stupid for falling for their scam. DON’T BUY FROM THEM! They should be shut down.

    Shipped within 6 days of ordering. Arrived on time and fair pricing for the venue and headliner.

    Paid lots of money for tickets in orchestra. Actual tickets were in the next to the last rows of the theater
