    Scam artists. DO not by tickets from this company. I will probably leave a bad review once every couple weeks just so my comments are near the top and people can see. This company figured out way to make it appear that they are Ticketmaster. They claim before buying that the tickets will be sent to the customer right away, not true. The event I bought a ticket for is supposed to be the end of march, and they told me a virtual ticket will be sent to me 3 days before the event. I may create a group on Facebook and other social media outlets to boycott this company. My bank is also going to be doing a fraud investigation against this fake company. I already went into my bank to start the process. If it is determined that they are a fraudulent company my bank will be calling the police.

    I think you're GREAT! Everyone else is a crybaby. I had a very pleasant and speedy time ordering to checkout to printing my tickets. After 1,627 reviews Ticket Center.com only has 1.95 stars out of 5??? This is hard to believe...

    This site is a scam...as you can see by the post below, we all thought this was a legitimate site instead of a scalper site. Like others, I payed more than double for my tickets and tried to cancel minutes after purchasing with no help. We need to get the word out further to protect others from this fraudulent activity.

    Its horrible that your business model depends on tricking people! Shame on you!

    I would never do this again. I paid more than three times the actual cost of the tickets. I didn't realize that this company wasn't part of the Capitol Music Hall. I would give this company a minus 1 rating They should refund the overcharge.

    Yeah….don’t use this company for tickets…you’ll pay 3x the cost. Because of my own stupidity I hit their link. Had I purchased through the actual venue I would have saved 300+ bucks. Tickets are non refundable. This company should be reported. More importantly, do your homework.

    THE PRICE OF THE TICKETS WERE OUTRAGEOUS! I SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND. I WON'T MAKE THAT SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.
    I ESPECIALLY DON'T LIKE HAVING TO SHOW TICKETS ON MY PHONE. NOT A BIG PHONE GUY. I WOULD RATHER BE ABLE TO PRINT THEM!

    Absolutely the largest rip off I have ever been involved with!!! Charged $146.39 for tickets with a face value of $39.50!!! Called them less than 3 hours after making the purchase and the only option offered was to exchange the tickets for other grossly overpriced tickets!!!! I was not aware that this was a secondary market until after making the purchase! I did not and cannot find anyplace on the website that states the purchase is not cancellable!!!
    HUGE, HUGE scammers!!! Please if you are reading this, DO NOT make any purchases from

    As a person that does not own a smart phone this whole process was a major pain in the butt. I don't recommend nor will I ever use this service again. I'll use the local service, the best seats are cheaper than the cheap ones on this site. I'd leave no stars but it won't let me.
