    Good seats but a very high markup on the face value price. I mistakenly thought I was buying from the actual concert venue but discovered too late that this site is a ticker re-seller. No cancellation or refund option available.

    Complete scam, they pretend to be another website then charge 3x the amount of the ticket. They then refuse to take a refund. This is not a legitimate “exchange” but a scam.

    Desperate for tickets, jumped on app and ordered 2 tickets, way overpriced but again, desperate. A few minutes later, I was notified that I didn't get the tickets. One month later, I open my credit card bill and there is the charge for the tickets I never got.

    Yeah, this business SUCKS! I would agree with everyone else's comments. Do NOT buy from this website ever! Terrible, but I gotta give them credit. They created a business taking advantage of people who are in a hurry to buy tickets and don't double check the prices on Ticketmaster. I was definitely fooled into paying 3X the normal price. Fool me once, shame on you. I won't be fooled twice!
