    BS scam...paid way too much over actual ticket value. Thought this was the actual venue box office. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE TO PURCHASE TICKETS.

    Looked like i went through the venue into Ticketmaster. Very upset to learn within hours of my purchase that I WAY overpaid and that they are not refundable- even before accepting and / or within 3 hours of purchasing. Scam to make it look like Ticketmaster while way over charging. Even worse, the real Ticketmaster delivers the tickets and tells you they’re non-refundable. When you purchase from their affiliated site!

    Complete scam! I even contacted the 1800 number. The woman kept telling me its based on supply and demand. They are basically digital scalpers. I can’t believe I fell for this bullshit. Buy your tickets directly from the venue’s website.

    You don’t want to know what I really think!! BUYER BEWARE!! I paid $300 for a $30 face value ticket; should have checked this website before ordering. Never again will I even entertain the thought of ordering tickets from this scam.

    It was arduous work notifying Tickets-Center of their error in issuing invalid tickets for a Vancouver-based concert in early December, but once I had provided all of the necessary documents (within their time constraint), they were VERY prompt in recognizing my complaint, apologizing and refunding the full amount I'd paid.
    They also offered a $100 credit towards future entertainment!

    Horrible site, not mobile friendly. I tried to cancel my tickets within 24 hours because of all the reviews saying they didn't receive their tickets in time, but they would not let me.
