      This so called security company was using my old Vivint equipment never gave me a up grade still billing me up to 3000 now very bad service poor monitor service I going to tell anyone that needs security service don't get them!

      Horrible experience, signed up with SHS in April 2024, 2 months later my outdoor camera battery dies (this is a solar camera), I take camera down, recharge the battery and now it won't record. I talked to the tech support and the camera settings are good, I also find out the camera has a Motion Detection area which is smaller than the Activity Area which makes no sense. After trial and error it seems the camera won't record anything in the shadow of my home which makes this camera worthless to me for I have a house that faces west so have sun in the back all morning and shade in the front until mid day.

      I reached out to Safe Home Security to cancel their services. An account manager was assigned and they reached out trying to get me to continue. I declined. I was later told that I was on a 3 year contract and would have to pay 5 more months. I asked for a copy of the contract. The account manager later emailed me, stating I was correct and only needed a 30 day notice to cancel. My service was to officially end on May 25, 2024. I have copies of that email. On May 29, 2024 I was charged again. I reached out, and once again, they tried to have me continue my service. I was asked to forward a copy of the email that stated my service would be canceled on May 25, 2024. I did. I was told I would get a refund for the last payment taken. I did not. I have tried calling a complaint number, but was only put on hold and no one ever took my call. Now, I'm in a spot where I have to pay out $35 to my bank to put a stop payment on that account. I did everything that was asked of me to cancel this service. They took my money anyways and I have to pay out more money to prevent them from continuing to just take money from my bank account. It's inexcusable. They have tried so desperately to keep me as a customer. Who would ever consider staying with a company that treats their customers like this? I have all email communications regarding this matter. I would think SHS would have access to such emails as well. Most companies keep a record of these things.

      The WORST company ever. Cancelled my contract years ago due to horrible service ( wanted me to wait 3 weeks for a repair) and still getting billed and harassed for not paying their ridiculous made up bill. The company is unethical and a disgrace to the industry. They should be shut down as a business.

      We are seniors and needed outside cameras reset. First person quoted $190. We are on fixed income. Contacted customer service and Julio said $90 or take out additional $15 a month warranty. Took out warranty and was told someone would contact me in a few days. That was last Tuesday. Have sent emails to Julio but no response. I think we were scammed

      Auto renewed and ignored my cancellation requests and I’m now having to fight their collections department. Even though they stated that the contract was cancelled. They never came to replace faulty parts, and still wanted to charge for it. Vey very hard to get a hold of anyone for resolving the issue. When you finally do, Promises are made to be sure to fix situation and nothing gets done.

      Billed me for 5 consecutive months after my contract was paid off by adt and taken over and continued to calll me every morning from different numbers wanting payment

      Terrible customer service! This company is completely reluctant to settle any issues related to the contract. They just want the money. I’m extremely sorry that I ever signed the contract under them. The contract was signed while I was under medical care for an AVM that required brain surgery. I was completely taken advantage of by the sales person Sam Shroder. I’m so disappointed ??

      This company is terrible, i tried to help my mom cancel and was otp with 3 different people telling me 1 i owe $4000 the next told me there is no possible way i can terminate my contract early even if i pay the $4000 and the 3rd stated i owe $5000
      The sales rep that signed me up told me there is no contract and when i want to cancel ill pay a “small termination fee” and send the equipment back in.
      Im willing to pay even $2000 to get out of this terrible service but not $5000
      Any help?

      I have not had service from safe home security for almost 10 years and they are contacting sending me a bill that increase $10 every time they send it. The company is extremely crooked they will sign you to a five year contract without your permission. I’ve been living in apartments for two years. I owe them nothing their service is horrible and unethical.
