      Worst Company ever. I fill taken advantage of. I have been paying for over 3 years for a service I used maybe 3 or 4 times. I want to cancel but they still want me to pay the remainder of the contract. Which I called to do today. They just pass you off to someone else, gave me a website that doesn’t seem to be working. Wanted to leave zero stars but this website won’t let me!

      This company should have zero stars. They are horrendous. How dare Toll Brothers sell there account base to the highest bidder which is obviously who these guys were. After being suckered into a three year alarm contract with TBI, Toll Brothers Smart Home division, with about a year left they sell off the services to these clowns. Try canceling, three calls, three “customer service” reps telling me someone will call back while they continue to bill and try and collect. Finally got a supervisor who knew I knew more than they wanted me too, finally agreed to cancel my service. Let’s see if I get another bill or not. STAY AWAY.

      I am also a **** ******** victim. When they completed my development they apparently sold off all of the security contracts to Safe Home, who then provided NO service. My alarm system started giving false alarms in November of 2023. I contacted Safe Home who at first indicated the problem could be fixed remotely. They apparently did nothing as the false alarms continued. I finally got someone who said they remote check of my system indicated I needed a new battery and I would have to pay $60 for the battery up front and a technician would come by that same day to install it. I paid the $60 and no one ever showed up! I had to call a local alarm company to come out and install a new battery ($45 including house call). Safe home would not refund the $60 charge and after several letters to Visa they cancelled the charge. This did not deter Safe Home. I wrote them and cancelled my account but they continue send bills, I just received a bill renewing service with them for another year. I am sending a certified letter this time requesting this account be closed. I have given them zero stars and would give minus stars if I could.

      My builder, Toll Brothers, tricked me into getting a security system with their company, Toll Brothers Smart Home Technologies, Inc. However, this is a scam by Toll Brothers to sucker you into a contract which they then sell. My contract was sold to Safe Home Security. These people were awful at every turn, and never called when a false alarm went off. I had to pay to get out of the contract (which I never signed with them!) early to get a real service. They deserve an F rating.

      It took 6 months to send the service guy to fix the malfunction, and when it didn't work twice, I called and asked them to come and get the lock & cameras they installed. They didn't reply to me since then Jul 2019 , i sold the house in June 2020, and they kept billing me for years i guess.
      And 5 years later they just put me on collection. And they explain the (evergreen law) = "Auto renewal" EVEN AFTER CANCELATION! which I've never heard of before while the fraudulent sales person told me it's 2 years contract only because that's what I asked for.
      I got around 10 voicemail from them just to remind me with this old trauma with new one and that's a $1,400 collection
      Update
      I paid the collection Ransom on May 9th - 202460 days ago and they never care to update the ******* information
      Only pay the via escrow if you want collection to be removed
      It's disgusting how these kind of businesses get a way with these things.

      The worst company you can partner with, a company that doesn't know what there doing and only cares about getting paid. I want to stop paying but I don't want a collection.

      This so called security company was using my old Vivint equipment never gave me a up grade still billing me up to 3000 now very bad service poor monitor service I going to tell anyone that needs security service don't get them!

      Tried to cancel after four years, because my husband has Alzheimer’s and wants to play with the alarm system. They said I signed a five year contract and can’t cancel for another year. I spoke with a supervisor and she refused to cancel it also. I pray these people never have a family member with Alzheimer’s. No empathy!

      Horrible experience, signed up with SHS in April 2024, 2 months later my outdoor camera battery dies (this is a solar camera), I take camera down, recharge the battery and now it won't record. I talked to the tech support and the camera settings are good, I also find out the camera has a Motion Detection area which is smaller than the Activity Area which makes no sense. After trial and error it seems the camera won't record anything in the shadow of my home which makes this camera worthless to me for I have a house that faces west so have sun in the back all morning and shade in the front until mid day.

      I reached out to Safe Home Security to cancel their services. An account manager was assigned and they reached out trying to get me to continue. I declined. I was later told that I was on a 3 year contract and would have to pay 5 more months. I asked for a copy of the contract. The account manager later emailed me, stating I was correct and only needed a 30 day notice to cancel. My service was to officially end on May 25, 2024. I have copies of that email. On May 29, 2024 I was charged again. I reached out, and once again, they tried to have me continue my service. I was asked to forward a copy of the email that stated my service would be canceled on May 25, 2024. I did. I was told I would get a refund for the last payment taken. I did not. I have tried calling a complaint number, but was only put on hold and no one ever took my call. Now, I'm in a spot where I have to pay out $35 to my bank to put a stop payment on that account. I did everything that was asked of me to cancel this service. They took my money anyways and I have to pay out more money to prevent them from continuing to just take money from my bank account. It's inexcusable. They have tried so desperately to keep me as a customer. Who would ever consider staying with a company that treats their customers like this? I have all email communications regarding this matter. I would think SHS would have access to such emails as well. Most companies keep a record of these things.
