      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM FOR OVER A MONTH NO ONE EVER RETURNS MY CALL.THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CALL BACK BUT NEVER DOES !!!!!! MY ALARM SYSTEM GOES OFF FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND IF IT IS AFTER 9PM THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP!!!! GOD FORBID YOU REALLY NEED THE POLICE YOU WOULD PROBABLY DIE BEFORE SOMEONE GOT YOU ANY HELP!!!!!!!! I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO SEVERAL MANGERS AND STILL NO HELP!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THAT WOULD STILL BE GIVING THEM MORE THAN THEY DESERVE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OT OF BUSINESS SO STAY FAR AWAY. THE WORKERS THERE DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.THEY ARE A TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!! I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCY'S. I HAVE A LIST OF NAMES AND EXTENSIONS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED FOR NEGLECT AND NOT DOING THERE JOB.I FIND THIS EXTREMELY SHAMEFUL FOR A COMPANY TO TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING PEOPLE. WELL THIS COMPANY DOESN'T PROTECT ANYONE. THE ONLY THING THE ARE GOOD FOR IS TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is a joke and im pretty sure they are run out of a basement. They dont show up for repairs, zero customer service its literally scary and extremely unprofessional. No one knows what the hell they are doing and then they sign your name on contracts without you knowing. Shaddyyyyyyyy stuff please do not use them i am looking into suing them for installing faulty outdated equipment. Even when you speak to a manager nothing gets resolved. I have been paying 2 years for an alarm that dosnt work and has barely worked from the get and know one cares at all. A real business would do anything to satisfy a customer but not these people. Zero stars PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE IF THEY CALL YOU.

      Trust me, DONT don't waste your time and money with SHS, they are ridiculous , terrible.
      My system was down to 6 months and they did not fix it. Sent 3 times with wrong parts. Even their own technician says that the company do not have brain. Just charge $200 on 11/5 and promise me to fix the issues on 11/7, and then nothing happened, problem still here. Shameless and the Toll Brothers who sold my contract to SHS, also should be shame on that too.

      Me, my mom and a friend purchased this security system in September of 2021 and I have not gotten my system completely installed yet. The back panel has never been paired with the front panel. It took almost 7 months before they even came out to put my fire alarm , window panels and back door sensor on. I pay &65.99 a month for a system that is not protecting my home. They came in town and offered customers a security system with cameras. The technicians that they send out do not know how to properly install the systems they are offering. They are located upstate. The last tech that came out said he drives 13 hours to get to our location. There is no local technical help anywhere near us. My mom and I have been sold a system that has never worked probably and is not yet completely installed in a year and 2 months as of now. Why would you put outside cameras and door sensors on a home and not put a fire alarm sensors. If my home were to catch on fire it would not be protected and me or the local fire station would not be contacted. My mom is 76 years old and she needs a dependable security system and so do I. I had *********** for 16 years and NEVER had a problem. We thought we were upgrading by getting cameras. Instead we have been left for over a year with no protection other than cameras and paying a bill that they will not let us out of the contract. We kept our word. How are we being forced to keep and pay for a service that we are not getting. We are afraid not to have a security system and are left not knowing what to do . They are based in Connecticut and we are in Ruston Louisiana. They were wrong for offering a service that they can’t offer. PLEASE HELP US!! We need you!

      I was a customer of this company for 5 years. First off they poke their head in your home without inviting you in to see what alarm system you have and tell you that they need to upgrade the panel. Meanwhile when you sign the paperwork, you’re put into another contract. I considered continuing my contract because they were going to give me money off and new cameras. However when I called the manager back, he dodged my calls so I cancelled and did not renew my contract. Now here we are a year later and this sales rep is calling me everyday and when I blocked the number she had the audacity to call my emergency contact in an effort to get me to call her back. Who does that????? Very creepy and unprofessional.

      My service quit in the middle of the night and still has not been repaired for over 2 months.. Talk about a safe and caring company.. Hogwash. I have demanded to let me know what I owe to break my contract which apparently is over$500 altho I joined in 2018.. They continue to not return my calls and collect monthly payments.. Why?

      This company is stealing from the Consumers by recertifying service contracts without the consumers consent, they sent out contracts with a new date of expiration even though we have filed a stop service 60 days in advance as they requested. The still send out requesting money and making it seem as we never submitted a stop service letter as requested, they will never get a penny again from my 80-year-old Mother. They should be closed down for stealing from the Consumer's and mainly from the older generation, they abuse our senior citizens. i hope this review gets to someone that cares and stop this people from stealing.

      The absolute worst company you could do business with. If sales people come to your house, don't even answer the door. 1st, the service horrible. Our cameras worked only sometimes and it was hard to get a technician to come out and fix them. We then needed a transfer of service. The technician came out one day to take all the equipment down and then the next day to install at the new location. We only did this because they said we had to pay an early termination fee if we didn't use them. The technician (only 1 in our entire area) did not install all of the equipment and said he would be back the next day to install the rest. We never saw him or received a phone call from him. We called the company again to have them schedule the install (which we had already paid $200 for). They scheduled it another month out. When it came time for that installation, they called and cancelled with us. We then wrote a letter and told them to refund us the $200 installation cost, credit us our monthly service fee, and we would be cancelling their service based on their breach of contract. They still required us to pay the cancellation fee. If I would have come here and read the reviews first I would have never signed a contract with them in the first place.

      I too have been duped by this company and won't give them any stars! What I will give is the name of the law office that is handling the class action lawsuit against this company.

      This company knew I did not have an existing contract. However, they came to my home and installed their CPU and took out my existing system. Eventually I realized the error and contacted SHS. SHS refuses to rectify the error which leaves me without a security system until the repairs are complete. Not a good business practice. I do not recommend anyone select this company as a provider for security.
