      Worst security company ever and they do not try and hep they're clients out at all. My services has been down more then 6 months and no one still hasn't came out to fix and resolve any of my issues.

      This is the worst security system I have ever had. The system went down the day after thanksgiving and still does not work It has been a month since I have had any security. I cannot use my panel. I have called twice a week since the 26th of November. They keep telling me a tech will call to schedule a time to come out, and they continue to get paid monthly. I'm paying for a system that does not work. If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a joke.

      If I could give a negative star, I would. I have an issue with a motion detector, and they will not assist until I renew my contract early. Tech was scheduled and unexpectedly canceled due to vacation - not sure I buy that reschedule for next week Saturday before Christmas - highly doubtful. asked to walk through and not receptive in helping me out. Awful service and response time - looking to make a change.

      Safe home security is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life . Please save yourself a lot of frustration and money and never ever deal with this company. They will keep extending your contract without your permission and charge you almost 600.00 to get out of the contract that you didn’t approve.After several calls and complaints because your system has not worked in a year they still will not cancel the contract.

      SHS is 1 of the 2 worst companies I've had to deal with (the other one was a pool company). We signed up with the company in 2017. Soon enough, the system became obsolete and faulty. We were getting regular beeping from the panel and had to physically go to the panel to reset it. When I called for help, they would tell me a technician would be notified when he comes to your area. That never happened. They were not even ambitious enough to suggest some type of upgrade or something that would have resulted in a win-win situation.
      I got fed up in August 2022 and called to cancel. I was told to submit a written request to a customer service website, which I did. I received a confirmation letter that my letter was received. To my surprise, we were billed for October and November. When I called customer service, I was told my contract was automatically renewed in October. I told the rep. I had already submitted a request to cancel my service in August. She had no explanation as to why my contract was renewed. I asked to speak to a manager. She said there was no manager around. I asked her to send a copy of my contract. She said she would. She never sent it.
      I called again on a different day and spoke to another rep. She reiterated my contract was renewed. I told her this was against my consent because I had submitted my request to cancel in August. I requested to speak to a manager. She said she was going to put in a request for a manager to give me a call. To this day I never received a call.
      I ended up involving my bank by disputing the last two charges. The bank agreed to return the money for now and address the issue with SHS. We'll see where it goes. As a consumer, I believe it is HIGHLY UNETHICAL PRACTICE to deliberately trap unexpecting customers into unwanted contracts. I hope the increasing number of people echoing the same complaint will bring about some much needed oversight.

      Safe home security is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. First of all I have had an unproperly functioning system for 5 years, ever since I got there upgrade. I have had multiple false alarms on a previous Thanksgiving a small fire in the kitchen and their smoke detector that they installed never even alerted them. I have been put on a service list for six months three out of five appointments were no calls no shows by the technician. They constantly tell me they're going to get a service tech to fix my system but I have to sign another contract to solidify the agreement. A month ago I spoke to representative name Eliza who promised me that she was going to get me a service appointment and call me the next day she never did ,they give you their extension for it to never work. They constantly tell you that they understand my situation, but never help you. I've had to pay for multiple guard dispatches due to their system not working. They are downright dirty liars. I talked to a service rep named Edgar the other day he said his manager was going to get me in one month credit for my inconvenience and he personally was going to call me the next day 2 days later still no call. I used to get help from a service rep of a higher authority never a problem. I sent her a message yesterday still have not got a return call. Edgar inform me that the closest technician was a thousand miles away. Two weeks ago I had an appointment I got called the day before I was told that the technician was sick and his next available appointment was in December, but they were going to put me on the rush list because I've been waiting for so long and nothing has still been done. When I call sometimes I just get a voicemail they never return the call. They're really nice on the phone to get you off and never follow through. I was promised two months credit but yet I only get them sending me a bill for over $75. Three reps purposely gave me the wrong email so I couldn't cancel. Scam!

      THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THEM FOR OVER A MONTH NO ONE EVER RETURNS MY CALL.THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CALL BACK BUT NEVER DOES !!!!!! MY ALARM SYSTEM GOES OFF FOR NO REASON AT ALL AND IF IT IS AFTER 9PM THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO HELP!!!! GOD FORBID YOU REALLY NEED THE POLICE YOU WOULD PROBABLY DIE BEFORE SOMEONE GOT YOU ANY HELP!!!!!!!! I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO SEVERAL MANGERS AND STILL NO HELP!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS THAT WOULD STILL BE GIVING THEM MORE THAN THEY DESERVE. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE PUT OT OF BUSINESS SO STAY FAR AWAY. THE WORKERS THERE DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.THEY ARE A TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!!!!! I'M GOING TO REPORT THEM TO STATE AND FEDERAL AGENCY'S. I HAVE A LIST OF NAMES AND EXTENSIONS OF PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE AND THEY WILL BE REPORTED FOR NEGLECT AND NOT DOING THERE JOB.I FIND THIS EXTREMELY SHAMEFUL FOR A COMPANY TO TREAT PEOPLE THIS WAY WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTING PEOPLE. WELL THIS COMPANY DOESN'T PROTECT ANYONE. THE ONLY THING THE ARE GOOD FOR IS TAKING YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is a joke and im pretty sure they are run out of a basement. They dont show up for repairs, zero customer service its literally scary and extremely unprofessional. No one knows what the hell they are doing and then they sign your name on contracts without you knowing. Shaddyyyyyyyy stuff please do not use them i am looking into suing them for installing faulty outdated equipment. Even when you speak to a manager nothing gets resolved. I have been paying 2 years for an alarm that dosnt work and has barely worked from the get and know one cares at all. A real business would do anything to satisfy a customer but not these people. Zero stars PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE IF THEY CALL YOU.

      Trust me, DONT don't waste your time and money with SHS, they are ridiculous , terrible.
      My system was down to 6 months and they did not fix it. Sent 3 times with wrong parts. Even their own technician says that the company do not have brain. Just charge $200 on 11/5 and promise me to fix the issues on 11/7, and then nothing happened, problem still here. Shameless and the Toll Brothers who sold my contract to SHS, also should be shame on that too.
