  Like others, I never signed a contract with this alarm monitoring company and have repeatedly contacted them to have them stop billing me for services. They have refused to reply. I have reported their fraudulent and deceptive practices to the ****** Attorney General.

  Avoid this company at all costs. We have been trying for weeks to cancel our monitoring contract. We have sent letters, emails, called. We even hired a contractor to review the monitoring equipment. Now we get recorded messages multiple times a day telling us our equipment is malfunctioning. I am filing a Complaint with our state attorney general. Avoid this company at all costs.

  This company lies and steals. Was suckered into signing another 5 year contract. As per the technician, we just signed for work done to upgrade panel not another contract. Now they are telling me that we own 2,000.00 to get out of contract. Personal does not return email or phone calls. This company is the worst.

  I would give 0 stars if applicable..
  Sold my house..Canceled contract by phone and mail. 9 months later get a credit report showing that they renewed my contract and wanted a complete year and late fees.
  I was forced (Against my will) to send them $210 to have them settle the account but will not reverse the damage they did to my credit report.
  This company is a fraud and the securities and exchange should investigate them for there tactics of extorting money!!!!!

  Submitted by ***** ******** This business is a rip off. I called to cancel my account with them and was told by customer service that I had to send an email to cancel to the address he sent me which I did giving them the required 30 days notice. Today I got a letter in the mail saying and I quote:
  Thank you for your recent inquiry concerning the status of your account with Safe Home Security.
  I have reviewed your account and found that your contract with Safe Home Secuirty will not expire until 1/26/2024. Should you wish not to renew your contract 60 days written notice is required prior to that time.
  Should you wish to discuss this further, you may contact our Customer Care Department at (number removed).
  We also wish to take this opportunity to thank you for being a valued Safe Home Security customer. We are grateful that you have given us the opportunity to serve your security needs.
  So I called them and now they are saying I am locked into this until 2026. What a crock they sent me a contract that I was supposed to have signed in 2021. I don't have a copy of that. I think they took my signature from 2014 and transposed it on the contract because I would never sign a 6 year contract and there is not date below my signature which I would have put in if I had signed it. So why is the letter different that what the contract says? Also the price is different that they are charging me. The supposed contract says $67 and they are charging me $69?

  All they want you to do is sign contracts. Been a customer for ove 25 years and called to get a certificate to show our insurance company and there response was we would need to sign a 3 year contract to get this.

  They prey on the elderly. My father signed a contact 3 yrs ago, he is now 87. They lock them into contracts that they can not get out of without paying a penalty. Do not order security cameras from this company either. I had ordered security cameras, to be delivered to a po box, because I knew the merchandise would be secure and I could retrieve from the PO. The rep sent the merchandise to the property address and the merchandise was stolen. The rep said I would get tracking info via email, which I never did nor have a received an invoice or actually know what was purchased, but I was billed on my credit card go figure. I do not recommend subscribing to their security services at all. I am still trying to resolve my complaint.

  Another Buyer Beware Warning.. As far as I am concerned this company is a SCAM. Ever since we had it have had it and signed the contract, it has not worked. Had several people come out to try and fix but was told equipment was not compatible. We wanted to cancel our account with them but were told we had signed the contract. Safe Home Security has not held up their end of the contract. Therefore it should be cancelled. We tried to call and talk with them but they would not even listen to what we were saying. How can this company still be in business with these kind of business ethics....?????
  I also had to call our bank and stop payment . Now they are destroying our credit . Please buyers, please beware of this awful company.

  Safe Home Security is horrible. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. We want our contract terminated. The next step is going to court. This is absolutely ridiculous.
