      I agree 100% these guys do nothing but lie to you. Honestly, I have been a customer for 20+ years! My system is "original", so extremely outdated. I am selling my home, provided proof of sale and gave 30 days written notice to cancel my service. They refused to allow me to cancel without paying 90% of the current contract. Even though at the time the contract was signed, I told them I would agree to the contract only if I could cancel if I decided to sell. Well, that's not honored for sure. The Client Retention Supervisor, Kevin H******* was extremely rude and I could barely get a work in edgewide. He kept telling me that they valued my business and that money was not the issue. But, they still want me to pay. I told them with the system this old, they weren't losing any money. It's not like it's worth anything to a new homeowner. They have more than made their money on my 20 years of paying for the monitoring.
      Don't every sign their contracts! Don't trust them! Don't use them..ever.

      I wish I could give less than one star. They are liars all of them. Lied to about starting a new contact when I already had one. Trying to charge me for two accounts that I never agreed to. According to the second contract that I did not want at all and was lied to about the documents said that I could cancel within 3 days for any reason and I did then they tried to lie to me again and another person lied to me about signing a new contract. Then I cancelled that the next day within the 3 days for any reason then they still charged my account and I had to dispute it with my credit card company. Then they sent me a bill after they told me for the second time it was cancelled. Compete crooks and should be persecuted and put out of businesses for these scams. Worse than car salesman!

      wow I wish I would have read these bad reviews on this horrible company Everything that was set up slowly started messing up only after three months of being with them. I called them 9/5/23 and they said they would reach out to me because the tech dept was closed. So I waited and nothing on 9/11/23 I called again was on hold for 45 minutes for a tech to say that they would reach back out to me within 3 days Waited nothing happened again then I called on the 14they said that someone would reach out to me and nothing I called customer service and the person helping me transferred me to her supervisor she sent me a txt so I could put all the information I stated and I did and she stated the resolution team would reach out to me in no more than 24 hours that was a lie I emailed them today and asked if no one was going to call me back or what and a rude representative who kept trying to talk over me by the name of Maui took one look at everything and did nothing I requested to cancel like I originally did well within my time with their sales rep and he told me a tech would be out the next day I said for what I wish to cancel he said no you can’t cancel I said why not he said because you can’t. I have never had a customer device experience like this. The system doesn’t work so it would lock out if the house my son has had to wait outside because the door would not take any codes. And all the resolution team can say is they are trying to rectify the situation almost 4 weeks later. I have also never heard of a company that refuses to let you cancel this is illegal.

      This is the worst service I have ever had. *** was way easier to work with then this scam of a company. You tell them you want to cancel your service but then they add on another year to it. Then try to make it seem like we the crazy ones. We talk to 8 different people probably more. We are moving, it took a month to get a email that said they are going to cancel the service. Then we get a charge on our bank account from them. They didn't even write in our file that the account was closed and I talk to them 2 days ago. BBB do something about this company. They are doing some Illegal stuff to the customers. Dave R**** is the owner of this company. He needs an audit of this company. Don't go through them it's the worst.

      Truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Dozens of calls to set up appointments. Untold promises of responses never fulfilled. Lectures and rudeness from customer service reps. Impossible to cancel, lost my cancelation letter. I truly do not understand how they are still in business and wish I had left them years ago.

      0 STAR RATING1 NOT WORTH THE ONE STAR! These people are dishonest crooks! I was told that a $2700 bill could be greatly reduced ($1700)....as long as I agreed to a new contract. LOL Crooks!

      Safe Home representative came to my residence attempting to sell me on their home monitoring system. I politely turned him away stating I was already under contract with ******. He asked if I was satisfied with ******, I responded no that I had issues with all the equipment and have been trying to reach them for about two weeks to resolve the issue. He said he used to work for ****** and switched to Safe Home because ****** services has defects to the point of them being in a current lawsuit. He told me he could get me out of my contract with ******. I said I only have 3 days to cancel and I'm past that and he said due to the lawsuit there is a way around that. He sat with me at my kitchen table and filled out a cancellation notice, down the an addressed envelope. I signed the cancellation and mailed it out the same day. I noticed ****** still charging me. I called them and they informed me the only way to get out of the 5 year contract with them (******) is to pay an early cancellation fee of nearly 3 thousand dollars. I contacted the sales person that was at my home (from Safe Home) and told him what was going on, he said he could fix it and we scheduled and appointment to meet Thursday September 7th. He did not show, I messaged him saying "I thought we had an appointment today at noon?" He said I have you down for tomorrow. Next day comes, he again does not show for the appointment at noon. I tried to call him and see why he didn't show and when we could meet. I think he has my number blocked as it forwards straight to voicemail since the missed appointment. left him one voice message saying "Shaun you did not show up today, I need to get this issue resolved. Please contact me to reschedule." I also attempted to text him and have not heard back from him. I called Safe Home 1-800 number to ask if I can cancel with them (Safe Home) and I cannot. Now I am stuck in two 5 year contracts (******* Safe Home) at $`160 monthly, not helpful to a single mom of 4.

      This company has been taking money from my account and the system has not been functioning for years. They will not stop billing me and have taken me for a lot of money with absolutely no service. I keep getting the run around every time I call.

      Safe Home Security is a scam. We wanted to have an Ring door bell installed, Safe Home Technican said in order to get Ring door bell we would have to get the entire Security System. We contacted another Security company, and they said the technican lied to us. We got in contact with Safe Home to cancel the contract, they said they would take care of it, We kept getting mail with a balance added insterest, I call again someone told me i needed to submit an email to cancel contract, I submitted email, I'm still receiving bills and texts and calls. I do not feel we owe them anything. If you want a Security company you can trust, Try any other company except Sae Home
      they are a bad company to do business with.

      This company has not been monitoring my system since January 2003 although they have been charging my credit card monthly. I received a call from a customer care member stating they needed to schedule a repairman to check my system and that is when I learned the system was not functioning. I am an 80 year old Army veteran and live alone. Even if they repair the system, I do not think I should have to pay for the service NOT PROVIDED since January '23. I was told that I will have to pay monthly charges for another year even if I cancel. This company is a ripoff!
