      This is company is a joke, my alarm has not been working in over a month and half and every time I'm told I have an appointment for a tech to come the day of the appointment they call and say the appointment needs to be rescheduled. My house was robbed 5 years ago with their alarm system The customer service reps are rude and hang up on you and when you ask to speak to a manager they leave you on hold and no one ever comes back on the line. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET AN ALARM SYSTEM.

      It has been 4 months since someone drove in to my store and cameras or motion detectors didnt go off warranty doesnt cover and nothing they can do im told today was transferred 3 times and then hung up on because i dont have a good reason to cancel emails they send are other peoples accounts i dont know what to do moght have to involve attorney

      Had a salesman come by and talked my mother into a system, no contract and no cancelation fees. Shes had it for a little 3 years and has not worked for two of those, went to finally cancel and they told her she was locked into a 5 year contract. Explained to them we had no contract and she was told she could cancel anytime. She can no longer afford the system and she's in a panic. My mother is 80 years old and will be moving soon.
      Company is no help and id say practice very crappy business practice by praying on older folks

      These people are a joke. I wish I could leave no stars for them! The door to door salesmen says this was a 2 year contract but there telling me it's a 42 month contract! I've called the girl in charge of my account. Her name is Saige . I've left the messages with her and I believe she is avoiding me because I've no response back from her! I've never even used the security system in years and I just want to cancel my service with them but it has still not been resolved . They just want respond to me at all and I've stopped payment with my bank and that's the only reason they have called me once to tell me I have a 42 month contract! I did not sign a 42 month contract with them either! This is a very shady company and would not recommend them!

      Alarms has not worked in over 2 years. Called for service, agent comes outs, but company keeps sending wrong panel to upgrade the system. This alarm system belongs to my 87-yr-old mother. Safe home continues to charge her account, even though the alarm does not work. I have called numerous time to rectify this issue but continue to not get call backs. Dawn at Safe Homes, who answers the calls is very rude and tries to talk over you and has excuses as to why it has not been fixed. I have written paperwork from 12.29.23, the last time a Safe Home repair guy came out, and could not change the panel because the office sent the wrong panel again (3rd tiime). I called 10.18.23 again, requesting this be rectified. No response again. On 10.29.23, The alarm keeps going off. I called SafeHome on 10.29.23, at 8:32 pm because the alarm keeps going off, but the monitoring guy,,Dave, said he cannot see it going off because it is not hooked up, Dave advise that i get a screw driver and disconnect it. Just awful service. BUT Safe Home has not missed taking payments out of my mother's account every month!! There should be a spot for zero stars because 1 star is too high for their service. ***** **

      The worst company ever stayed clear it won't let you cancel I sent their equipment back they continue to Bill me even though they had no equipment to monitor they're just not reputable stay far away

      Door to door campaign. Promised Door viewer and service like my former company *** for $ 5.00 more. I was filmed on video contract. I found out company was not ******, contract was for 5 years, cancelation did not hold after 3 days, e mail to cancel after 30 days has not honored,I owe for last 2 months of service when I refused to pay and also for 5 yrs of service to break the contract. I still do not have a Door viewer, I don't have any service with *** or Aafe Home Security. I am very displeased with their poor Customer Service, their False Advertising, and their inability to honor Cancellatoon after 3 days even after a Customer Service Complaint e-mail.I am getting text messages to call and make payments. I wish to cancel completely and return to ***. I purchased my own door viewer that does not rely on Cell phone App. I am very appauled at the misrepresentation and false advertising. I was not allowed to call *** and find out what the Cancellation penalty was first. I lost 2 months of Payments + additional $ 16.95 fee, from them. $ 134.00 of fees to cancel. The Technician who installed the new equipment was not polite when my Cell phone did not have the Memory to install the apps for the Door viewer. I do not remember hearing there was a 5 year Contract. I was rushed into making an agreement with a Company Misrepresenting ******. They said they were in with *** and did installations for them. I was not given Factual information to make a Wise decision. Now they do not wish to honor a cancelation e mail. I asked them to Cancel the Contract and remove their equipment, from my Home.I have gotten very poor Customer Service and inability to Stop a 5 year Contract..obtained by deceptive means. I want to return to ***. I had a 17 year history with them. I also filed a Report with *** to state the Injustice. I don't wish to keep Service with a Company who is intimidating me to break their Contract.

      This company is the worst. I was pressured into a contract with a woman named Brenda. She was talking to me about the security system. She was saying the cameras were free and a doorbell that doesn't have to be charged until it hits 6 months. She took my ring door bell and cameras and put them in her vehicle. My mom wanted the ring door bell and camera kn her gym down the street and they said they would install. They member did and put the eufy cameras from safe home security and took off with the ring door bell and cameras. Not too long ago this year of 2023 my alarm system was beeping and we couldn't get it to shut off. I called safe home and the guy I was talking to said that the service fee would be 89 for someone to come out and fix it. I'm in a hardship and haven't worked since Nov of Last year and had no money to really spend with just my husband's income. He then said he could put a warranty so I wouldn't have to pay the 89 dollars. I felt he took advantage of the situation and now I'm stuck with an extended contract that I don't even want. I don't even use the system. So I've been paying for nothing so it's a waste of money but couldn't get out of contract. Now I'm looking to get out of the contract and reminbursed for the money I've already paid for except the amount of 89 that would have been covered IF I had money. I WANT OUT OF THE CONTRACT!!!

      The company is the worst company. On October 23, 2023 stated I was in a 60 month contract. I never signed no such contract. I have tried to get out of the contract since September 21, 2022 but no success. I spoke with several customer service techs and all they did was give me lies after lies. I spoke again to customer service (Lynn) on October 4. 2023 and was stated to email a cancellation letter which I did. I’m senior on a fixed income and can no longer afford the alarm account and no longer living in the house. I was told to send proof I’m no longer living there. Why! I agree this company does nothing but lie to you. Yes this company is a scam!

      They are the worst company i have been paying for 3 yr contact the system does not work cameras stop working with 9 months of installation had to call to fix alarm since triggering every time so had to disarm. Attempt to cancel the 2 customer service representative refused pass me to a speak to manager until i kept calling. Manager recommended to remove the sensor from doors for the won't trigger alarm that sounded like a nonsense. She stated she couldn't do anything about that no matter what my contract will automatically renew without needing my consent. If I dont pay they will affect my credit as per manager. I told her there alarm and devices are poor quality stated she can put me in a lower plan even i don't use they dont work. I told her they can come pick up devices they are all there. She refused to cancel my contract after everything im completed the contract it ends on November 2023. I asked if I can buy out she said it is to late they cannot do nothing. I would not recommend them DO NOT ACCEPT NO DOOR TO DOOR SOLICITORS THEY ARE SCAMMERS AS PER COMPANY AS WELL.
