      Horrible company!
      Faulty equipment, never came to repair, continue to charge without rendering service, falisified contract.
      Dont do business with Safe Home Securities.

      We sold a home with their security system in May 2022 and left a message informing them. They continued billing our credit card. I called and they said they needed an email. We sent the requested email. They said that was not enough and that they now need ‘proof’ of the sale. They have been continually harassing us to pay a system in a home we no longer own. Informing and emailing them if a sake does not suffice. I just sent them a photo of sake documentation and ‘hope’ this will stop the harassment.

      This company set up unauthorized service in my name. They went to a house I own that my mother lives in and offered her service. They promised to give equipment but didn't and then the service didn't work correctly, When my mother called to rectify the situation they told her they couldn't speak to her because the account was in my name. This is how I found out about the service. I have been trying since June of this year to get this resolved- they don't callback as they state they will, they don't email and when I filed complaint with the ******* department of Agriculture they said I wouldn't give them information- this is such a lie since no one has asked me for additional information and they haven't responded to my certified letter. This is a very shady company

      We have been paying for this service for a year and a half and our system does not work. We called them for a year and half asking them to come fix our system and nobody came out. They ended up sending us the part and my husband had to put it in and it still did not work. They kept telling us they could send someone out on the weekend and I told them I am home all day Mon through Fri and to come anytime. NOBODY came, come to find out they do not have anyone who services my area. I sent them a letter telling them to cancel my acct as they instructed me to. They told me my contract does not end till May 2024 so I am still paying my monthly fee and getting NOTHING in return. We had a rep from this company call and say we should at least be able to use our system since we are paying for it. We told them we agree and he said he could help get us back online. We made it very clear we are DONE May 2024. He said he understood. He got us up and going and called us next day apologizing stating since we are back up and working we had to sign another contract. We said absolutely NOT so he said unfortunately then we have to remove the part and send it back to the company and we continue to pay for monthly fee with no system.

      This company representative made false statements to me to get me to switch over, which I did, unfortunately. The representative told me I would not have a payment until the first of January, however, I got charged the day after installation. When I called the company, they told me that the representative is not really a company employee and that there are no deferred payments and that payments start immediately. Now I'm stuck with a 5 year contract with this new company. Buyer Beware.

      When I initially purchased & had my system installed I had a number of promises made to me which were not fulfilled; ex 2 key fobs for de/activating my system. That wasn’t a dealbreaker bc the app served the same purpose. A “Ring” doorbell was originally promised, too. But, they were on back order. They brought a regular security camera thinking that would suffice. I needed the doorbell & the camera was just a bonus. So, the first installer set everything up he had & put the camera out back of my house. Once the new doorbell camera came, another installer came to put that in. Yet, he was unable to install it properly bc the doorbell wouldn’t fit into the mounting cradle. He tried everything he could think of, contacted a supervisor for assistance, & ultimately explained they’d have to get a replacement & install it at another time. In the meantime, he put double-sided tape on the back so I could use it until the issue was resolved. I NEVER received that replacement! I waited maybe a couple months before calling it, but I DID call. A LOT! Each time I was told that they “have no record of (me) ever purchasing the doorbell.” I explained I didn’t purchase it outright but received it as part of my original purchase of my security system. Each time I was told there was nothing they could do. Recently I sent a complaint with pictures of the now shattered doorbell, the way it doesn’t fit the mount, & the double-sided tape. Although 2 people claimed they would get this resolved, one never bothered to answer my return calls to him & the other basically called me a liar! I say this bc she says there’s no record of my calls prior to the last few weeks. I explained that I have no control over their reps making notes on my account. Basically, it is clear to me that all the calls I made originally were never documented in order to ensure my warranty ran out! Now they are offering me a “deal” of $250 which is only $30 off?! For something that was THEIR FAULT to begin with?

      Unscrupulous salesmen with Safe Home made a cold call to my elderly mothers’ home late Saturday, stating they were there to “upgrade” her ********* Securiry system”. She did not understand that they were a different company & he pushed past her without being invited in. After Edward C******** entered, 3 more men came into her home from a separate vehicle. They proceeded the charade of talking with ********* while cutting wires to her existing system & intercepted *********’s monitored call when the system was deactivated. They sent her the her basement alone to “check that door” while the 4 men stayed alone upstairs. All the while thinking they were representing *********, she gave them bank statements to “verify charges from *********” and her credit card information. She states to me that she signed no agreement with Safe Home. When mother realized she had been misled, she phoned Castaneda to cancel ( Monday morning & Discover credit card to cancel transaction within the 3 days time limit). I happened to call her Monday afternoon and that’s when she told me this predictament she had been tricked into) . I immediately went to her home to read what papers they left. She showed me the only paperwork they left with her;
      Which was a brochure from Safehome with Castaneda’s phone number handwritten. She had already phoned ********* before I arrived and he told her he would cancel for her. I phoned Safehome online and was I was told to email cancellation request & I did that within the 3 days of encounter. Mother did not sleep Monday night after realizing she had been tricked and those men now knew layout of her home and her security alarm code. Her Discover card has been charged by Safe Home for $54.99 . ********* Security has reinstalled their equipment free of charge and taken down Safehomes keypad from her wall. My stomach has been in knots thinking my 83 year old mom was taken advantage of. I am monitoring her bank & ******** acct.

      I was lied too and grosly missled by the verry pushy sales Representative. I declined service from him on previous atempts at my front door. I am disabled and have a very limited income and told him I could not aford it. On his last atempt he told me I would not be charged for 6mo trial and could cancell after the the 6mo. And it would realy help him out. I agreed thinking I would just cancel after 6mo period. He set it up and recieved a call from the safehome on his phone a rep asked me a couple questions wich i answerd, she then began to ask another wich he coverd his phone and said to me "she is going to ask if promised anything just tell her no" I did not hear all of what she asked just part about promising me anything extra, I said no. NEVER was I told I was entering into a multi year agrement! If I knew that I never would have agreed knowing I could not pay for the service! At 5 and 3/4 mo mark I called to cancell the service and was told I could not cancel i was in a multi yr contract I was verry upset at this news asked to speek to managment I was told they would call. They never did. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES never getting a call back. Finaly i called without giving my name and spoke to management who told me it was just no payment for 6mo and a multi yr contract. I told him that was not what i agreed to! With no resoluchion I was told they were not responsable for indapendent contractor sales persons and was hung up on! THIS IS OUTRAGES AND WRONG! It is now distroying my credit wich i worked so hard for with all my Medical bills. I dont know what to do about this or where or who to turn too ! This is FRAUD and now saverly inpacting my credit. I was never givin a contract to read and sign. I handed a phone and said sign in the box agreing I would be responsabl for any damaged equiptment, and again for service THAT I WAS TOLD I COULD CANCEL IF I DIDNT WONT IT AFTER 6MO TRIAL PERIOD. I wonder how many other people this has hapend to. Salesman name was Moe

      This is the most deceitful Alarm company and should not be permitted to operate a business here in Arizona for they are liars who steal money for a monitoring service they to not give 24/7.
      This company did not give as required a copy of a signed contract until today 11-8-23, My wife signed with them on March 21, 2021, why such a delay? The unscrupulous sales representative by contract law was suppose to provide it when signed.
      I want to inform other people thinking about getting a Alarm to stay away from Safe Home security for now I have to go to civil court to prove I wasn't getting service they were obligated to give.
      My sound proof for one is ADT company's Subcontractor who came to Kingman stating to my wife and I he is taking over accounts for Safe Home Security. Also, that we were not receiving signal from Safe Home.
      LIAM Subcontractor for ADT was permitted to install ADT functioning Alarm equipment then 30 days later we knew we were duped for we received 2 bills. After the installation I requested the Signal page from Safe Home which showed are Home did not get monitored 24/7 . THEIR Service Advisor Joseph Colon wouldn't of provided the monitoring Signal Page but he thought my wife and would sign a new contract...Such a corrupt Alarm Company...look at all the negative reviews.

      We thought we joined a company called Safe Home Security, but we're being charged for services from a company called SAFEGUARD America. Also the company says we have a 5 year contract with them. The paperwork we have doesn't tell us anything about a contract. We were told by company agent that we could discontinue service at anytime we want. This company is charging us more than we were told. Can't get a reasonable answer or help from customer service.
