      They don’t deserve a star they fabricated everything they were selling. My footage worked passed their 3 day cancellation policy and they want me to aide by a contract. I refuse to pay for poor services and cheap products….

      They don't even deserve one star. When they randomly came to our home they said they were with **** Never once mentioned Safe Haven, they also signed the contract on their notebook without out knowledge. They knew Dennis was only getting system to secure workshop in back yard. Upon installation they put one camera in back of carport doesn't secure front , you can't even see front door on monitor when it works. The installer didn't even hook shop to monitor. He left telling Dennis all was up and running. We found out that he install when something got in the shop. When I called they stated that the installer told us it may or may not work. Total lie, would have cx then and there. Same installer returned took off shop door and put on front window said it was temporary and woukd return. He didn't! After I called to complain they sent out a supervisor who installed it properly. But monitor only works maybe 1 or 2xs per month. The monitor picture is horrible when it does work. Very fussy couldn't make out what was in the back yard. They gave us a 75 00 credit but wouldn't cancel service. With adt you have alot of time to cx with safe haven just a couple days. Told us it would cost 1700 the first time and 1500 the 2nd time I tried to cx. Recieved bill with no credit applied and they said we would get it at end of contract which is one year. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told it didn't warrant supervisor attention WHAT!! Today I called adt and they said contract isn't one year but 2! Yet another lie. *** has no control over their subcontractors at safe haven which makes no since. *** did tell me if I get no where with sage haven to try back with adt and at that point can possibly speak to an adt supervisor. We are both seniors on disability and are throwing away almost 70.00 a month. I don't know how they get away with this and have no idea why *** has no control or would want their name ruined by such a horrible company like safe haven.

      It would be zero if you offered that option. Was messaged (Dec 24) thanking me for being a customer since 2019 (I thought this was ADT). Made appointment for the next day to have security system updated to 5G. Person came (Dec 26) but did not have material. He showed me the new control panel and how easy to use. Said ADT would charge a lot to replace and he offered it for free. (not true about ADT)
      Sounded good so ended up signing contract for Safe Home. The next day (Dec 27) installer came (from Utah). System worked a few days and has not worked since. Can not get repairman for 3 weeks. Not disclosed that there are no repairmen in the area at all (or state of CA). There is NO customer service (office doesn't open to 10 am and closed on weekends) and the system DOES NOT work. I want to cancel the contract but have been told I have to pay 90% of the contract. This is a SCAM. I feel it was deceptively presented to me and all of the problems with this company were not disclosed to me. IT DOESN'T WORK AND CAN NOT GET REPAIR. I don't want to experience this continuously in the future when it doesn't work again. I travel a lot on business and my home is not secure!

      If I could give 0 stars I would, STAY AWAY! SAVE YOUR MONEY! SCAM!
      Have tried to cancel my contract with them and they aren't letting me, contract expires in January but are saying I have to wait till February and are still CHARGING ME FOR UNUSED SERVICE! Their customer service IS HORRIBLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! USELESS!
      Called the cancelation department and someone apparently named 'kevin' was the manager and had a rude ass attitude with me for no reason? Said my account was canceled didn't even ask for account number and said he had "other customers waiting" I called back to him again and this rude man made a mistake and even assumed I was saying he was lying? What is this kind of customer service? UNPROFESSIONAL

      This company refuses to cancel my service under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act (SCRA) after I received orders to PCS. I sent them all the documentation and keep getting told the protection doesn’t apply to me because I had the service prior to the new added protection. Yet they can’t provide me anything in writing to support their claims.
      DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL, THEY ARE ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY.

      They are scamming people/elderly into their security systems then after many years of have passed and you don’t need the service anymore, they refused to cancel their service, saying your in a automatic renewal of the previous contract and you have to pay regardless

      The very worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with in 50 years. Very dissapointed! Had security installed in March 2023, had a sensor failure in September 2023, called numerous times for service, no response for service. We had several system fails and police were sent to our home because of the failing sensors. Finally on December 1st I received a call offering to set up a repair but we were not home. I requested to have the system shut down and removed. I had an emergency and had to cancel the appointment. On December 5th after 11pm the alarm was activated we did not do it. I disconnected the system. Have not heard from the company at all since then.

      I can't work with a company that I can't trust. The sales people blatantly lied to me. They have zero internet presence, so you can't really confirm anything they tell you. Their customer service is garbage. It takes so long to answer, and then no one really helps. One representative said "Sorry because you're not a corporation I can't help you." They offer to do things and then you find yourself calling for a week about the same issue. Scam of a company.
      My experience begins with their salesman. He claimed to be from the neighborhood watch and claims they want to give me a security system as a welcome to the neighborhood gift. He tells me that it is all paid for and I just have to put the sign in my yard. Next day I got a bill. They explained that they had me on a 5 year contract and I would have to pay.
      Luckily I was able to cancel before the contract officially began. However, my struggles with the company continue. Customer service sucked. No one could help me and I had to eventually just volunteer to remove my system because they have 0 follow through.
      Safe home security is a scam. Stay away from them.

      This needs a ZERO star button! This company is fraudulent and deceitful. SHS, Inc., breached the month-to-month security monitoring ''Agreement" that I entered into with their company, approximately in 2016. Falsely declaring that the "contract" was for 5 years, when I opted to terminate the agreed upon month-to-month services in December 2018. At NO time did I agree to a 5-year contract with SHS, Inc. After I canceled service by phone, SHS, Inc. directed me to send a letter of cancellation, which I did in January 2019. SHS, Inc., fraudulently continues to bill me for services NOT rendered, even after I submitted said letter of cancellation. SHS, Inc. fraudulently entered into an agreement with a collection's agency for the purpose of obtaining payment on a debt not owed and effectively damaged my credit report. That action was stopped, due to the fraud by SHS, Inc. SHS, Inc. continues to send me invoices for monthly services not being rendered, at a property where I do not live and have not lived for years. The last invoice is dated due 12/10/2023, in amounts over $3000.00! No payment is owed and none will be remitted! This company is currently in contempt of court. The Offices of the Attorney General in *********** *** ************* have entered judgments against Safe Home Security and its president David R**** after the Middletown-based company repeatedly failed to comply with court-ordered consumer protection measures and illegal business practices. They continue to be in contempt. Their Legal Resolution unit is administered to an attorney, that was disbarred for 20 years, in March 2023, for Class B felony of first-degree larceny. Birds of a feather. I urge anyone who has been victimized by these perpetrators of these degenerates, to file and keep filing complaints against these bad actors until they are shut down.
