      I received a bill from safe home security, and have never had a system put in my apt.

      I have been with Safe Home Security for a number of years, their monitoring does work, but Lord help you if there any any system or portal issues. Their customer service and follow through is unacceptable. I have placed multiple calls to them to address lack of portal access and alarm issues, and if I do get someone, they will have someone follow up and that doesn't happen. I am now trying to cancel my contract which ends in June 2024, took 2 emails to get a response but no one will give me an acknowledge of the request in writing, I have submitted 4 requests. Also, any time you have an issue with your system, or an upgrade is needed, for example to supper 5G wifi, they force you to enter into a new contract. this has happened twice. Be aware of this support or lack thereof.

      Installation was never completed, a technician came two times through 4 years to try to complete the job but stated he'll return. I had someone call for service, because the door bell was not working and back camera not connected online, they sent an email, convincing the person that i asked to call for a technician that they have to sign some documents to have a rep arrive, that was an agreement for five years that i don't approve of, i dont need the service, i uninstalled it and would like from them to come pickup their equipment, i made a police report, also was paying $40 and it went up to $53 a month, i want this to stop two years ago and send me back any money that was paid on this account. Account number ******

      Safe Home Security somehow acquired all my information and sent me a text about upgrading. It even included a link to *** help. They knew about the door sensors and how many, motion detectors and how many. So, I initiated the upgrade process. Guy comes to my house, "Hi, I'm with ***, blah blah blah and they has been a business restructuring. ATT/Verizon will be the cell service for the system and Safe Home will be handling the billing. He starts his process and I start with the paperwork. Something doesn't add up, but it's ***. I sign the contract and see point of contact for questions is Safe Home and he leaves. My husband states that something doesn't add up and I said the same thing. I call *** the next day and they say a lot alarm system companies are pretending to be them to steal customers. I immediately call Safe Home and cancel and got a letter from them stating upgrade will be canceled and the contract has been voided.

      Dishonest. Fraudulent. Bad customer service.
      We had door to door salesmen giving us a good price and what looked to be good products. I looked at the equipment reviews and lightly googled this company before contracting with them with a special promotion they were doing. Literally a few weeks after signing up with them and getting everything installed, everything began to fail.
      Wouldn't stay connected to our WiFi, couldn't use it through the app. It was useless. False alarms. Like $80 a month for nothing. I called them, they gave us "hard reset" as a solution. Which we did and had to do often. Got to the point it wasn't worth it.
      What pisses me off is they make it so hard to contact them. Make it impossible to find them on both alarm.com and their security app. No numbers or emails listed. I sent a letter for cancellation but denied because "we're under contract". So now I have my bank blocking them and that's their problem. If they send us to collections, I'll get a lawyer. STAY AWAY.

      I feel bad for these employees. They obviously don’t care about anything but money. They are a worthless conpany. It’s sad to see them fight hard for the company that will dump them when they go bankrupt.

      Don't deal with this company. Their service is terrible.
      I called wanting to cancel my service and asked what the payout would be to cancel my service. I was told that I could not cancel because it was part of a contract. I was then told I had to send a letter letting them know I was cancelling or at the end of my contract I would automatically renewed. Now I have to get a lawyer and get out of this contract.

      Beaware of predatory companies like this **** The security system does work so you do get one star for that. My issue is the terms they lock you into. I have started the cancellation process and they keep trying to renew me. Every time they call. I asked for a supervisor since they told ******* thats what they should offer when asking about cancellations. Money hungry

      This is crazy how many 1-star reviews there are. This company is fraudulent and preys on the elderly. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THEM!

      I’ve ask them by phone and have written a letter to them asking them to cancel my service because I’ve had a financial hardship and I would keep paying my bill until it was paid off but they wouldn’t. Because of this the bill gets more and more especially with them adding process fees and late fees. I’m not one to run away from responsibility. I was being honest trying to help myself as well as them. They could care less! They keep charging me!
