      Ive have my email courtneydanyell for 15 years and i was recently logged out the recovery email associated with the account was also logged out and i have no access to either. Tons of important things are also associated with this email which i no Longer have access to.

      I have had an email account with ********************** for many, many years All of a sudden, I got locked out of the account I have called all the numbers listed to get back into my account unsuccessfully and used the steps requested There is no person who answers, just an automated message I am willing to pay the fee for assistance to get back into my account Please help me

      Yahoo has gone down the hill especially with the changes in configuration of the email server, the limit in space and requirement for payements and other absolutely abominable changes. All of this when gmail, aol and others surpass the quality of the newly configured yahoo platform AT NO COST. People should IN MASS abandon all of the YAHOO platforms, including the email and search engine (which was already pitiful to begin with), which is also loaded with misleading advertisements.

      I've been using Yahoo since forever, sadly at this point it has become an annoyance, the overwhelming amounts of spam are ridicules. Sadly I'm at the point where too many old connections subscriptions and such are attached to this email for me to disconnect but now 99% of my time on Yahoo is spent unsubscribing from spam. Its sad to see how far behind every other email provider has left yahoo.

      I've been unable to long in to my yahoo email account. I've had this e-mail for 20 Pluse years and I never had to put in a password. Now I'm logged out and I don't remember the password. I called yahoo customer service and sent them a copy of my drivers license and they said they still couldn't help me. I said I would pay the fee.
