Terrible customer service. I upgraded my email storage to 1 TB for two separate email accounts in July using the same method of payment. Two days ago ( 2 months after the upgrade) I received an email from Yahoo advising my emails were no longer being sent or received for one of the accounts as I exceeded capacity. After 3 calls to tech support and billing, and over 2 hours of speaking to people, it appears that somehow they have the account connected to ****** where I have never been nor resided. I have had these email accounts for approximate 20 yrs. So when they tried to process the charge, it was rejected. And to correct this is apparently not a simple fix. The matter was apparently escalated and i'm still waiting. Its been 2 days with no answer or correction in sight. I called again today- was told I must wait and will be contacted via an alternate email, not even a phone call. This is unacceptable. I use my email for professional as well as personal purposes. So for the time this is on hold I am missing emails. Terrible, terrible policy-particularly when I am paying for the upgraded email storage.

Ive had my yahoo account for over 15+ years and now I was randomly logged out my account with no explanation of why. Tried logging back in and its giving me no other option but to pay to speak to someone which is ridiculous. I use this for business and this is interfering with my lifestyle and its giving very much scammers not legal.

Ive had yahoo for a really long time . Since 2012. *** never had an issue until now . Ive tried to communicate with customer service which I reached out to any one that can help me solve an issue I have . Yahoo suggested me to add 2nd verification so I did . But I didnt realized that the second phone was going to be my old phone number . I was able to get first verification but not the second one because the code was sent to my old phone number .i talked to a supervisor he wasnt able to help me either . I asked if the can send me a reset link so i can reset my password. They said no they couldnt help me . Im so frustrated because Ive used this email for everything I cant do anything because I cant have access to my account. Im so disappointed.

After having my account for many years, I know longer can gain access because of my number was updated. Ive verified my identity multiple times and scanned my ID. This is absurd! I called like four times and still no help. Theyre trying to rob people and pay a monthly subscription of $12.99.

Ive had the same email for about 6 or more years. It is my main email I use for everything, even important things. I use the mail app on iPhone. I got an email saying to either buy more storage or make room in order to continue to receive and send mail. Obviously i dont want to pay another monthly subscription so i decided to delete well over enough to clean it out. Its now Saturday and I havent been able to receive any mail since I got that email and made storage which was this past Wednesday. I cannot log in any other computer or device due to the 2 factor authentication and not having access to my old phone number or my deceased ex boyfriends email and number who was in another country. I know my password and that should be enough. I shouldnt have to pay to call them to help me fix this issue just to talk with a robot. Its truly a scam. I just want access back to my email.

Trying to access my Yahoo mail that I have for years, I have the password but it's asking to send a code to a phone number I no longer own. It keeps giving me the ***** number that is charging to talk to someone, worst part is that, it doesn't say how much they are charging for this. They should have a free customer support to help their customers.

Now AOL is on this same train. I've had my email address for over 30years. I wasn't able to sign in on my new laptop, however had been logged in for quite sometime on my phone. After contacting AOL this morning regarding this concern, I logged out from my cellphone as instructed, and now I have no access on either device. I've spent hours trying to regain access as my efforts has only been in vain. I have important emails that I need to correspond to, except now AOL wants me to pay them to assist with logging back in. Extortion. I am truly saddened in this moment. Somebody, Please help Me!
