      They are drawing money from my account and I never have used them much less ever heard of them. They are scammers.

      I logged onto my bank account and saw that **************** charged me $25 but didn't tell me for what they were charging **** found rheir website and contacted them. I sent them this message: "I noticed a $25.00 charge against my bank account from you. What was that for? I do not recall agreeing to give you access to my bank account! Please cancel my account and refund me the $25.00 you took from me without my permission (stole from me!) IMMEDIATELY. Failure to do so will result in charges of Petit Larceny and Cybercrimes being filed against you in a court of law. And since your are in ********** and I am not, those would be Felony charges since this crime crosses State Lines. Refund my money to me! NOW!"I also attached a screenshot of the charge against my account.

      I have never signed up for anything on this website and I was charged $25 dollars which I guess was for a subscription.

      I woke up to a charge for $25 from shipmentsfree.com w2n from which Ive never heard of, I tried to call the number on that companies website but they couldnt give me any information because nothing is associated with my emails, because Ive never even heard of them. Im not sure what this site is, but it all sounds very phishy.

      We acknowledge your prior telephone call and chat session with us.  At that time, you told us that your card was hacked and used by someone else but did not include that detail in this complaint.  

      Thank you for your screenshot.  We believe the payment method shown was attempted to be charged and the charge declined however, we are unable to locate the method itself using the name, email and card information that you have supplied to us.

      Ive had three unauthorized charges of $25 over the last 3 months. 4/12/25, 5/13/25, and 6/12/***** like to be refunded and whatever subscript to be cancelled.

      This is a scam using unauthorized subscription fees. I got a pop up saying that I earned some free cashback reward for some unknown reason. I clicked on it, then it asked how I'd like my reward, giving some options like: free shipping, or cash back from restaurants, etc. I clicked on one and then I exited out of it and went back to what I was doing. I didn't know what it would do or if it was even legitimate, but then a few days later I got an unauthorized charge of $25 to my banking account. I don't know how they got my info or what happened, but I immediately called the bank and made them cancel my debit card. I don't quite remember the whole situation, so maybe I put in my account information thinking I'd be getting a free reward, and maybe that's how they got my bank account info. But either way I was never informed that Id be paying money, so this "business" is definitely using a deceitful way to of scamming people by using unauthorized subscription fees.

      They charge me every month, $19.00 They say login to cancel account but I dont have an account. It says simply chat online, enter your account information. I dont have an account so I cant chat. No other options to cancel my no existent account. This is fraud.

      I was charged $25 through Apple Cash by ShipmentsFree.com when I never signed up for anything. I was not clearly informed that I would be charged, and I did not authorize this transaction knowingly. As soon as I saw the charge, I deleted the account and contacted their support team through live chat. They confirmed in writing that my account was deleted and stated that a refund had been processed. According to their email, I should receive it in 35 business days. Im submitting this complaint proactively in case the refund is not given.
