purchasing gloves for our business with amex business card a popup suddenly occurred that i thought came from supplier for free shipping. While going through my monthly statement for my online banking I noticed a rug charge for $19 from free shipments.com now I haven't ordered anything nothing has been shipped to me I don't know how they got my information or why I'm being charged $19 but I haven't had anything shipped to me I was looking at some things but I didn't buy anything so they're just taking $19 for whatever reason and it's bogus it's a scam and I want my money back it was my last $20 and I couldn't drive my clothes at the laundromat I had to go home with what clothes because they took my last $20 I'm extremely livid with these internet scammers are able to do thisBusiness Response

On Sunday Dec 17th I found a transaction on my Bell ******************** debit card account, a $19.00 charge. I have never solicited nor heard of ShipmentsFree.com until today after spotting the erroneous charge to my account. I would like to know how they collected my personal information as well as vital information such as my Card number and other controls to access my account. We obtained user information and consent for starting our paid trial directly from inputted information. You or someone in your household clicked on our cash back rebate ad for trialing our premium product at a nominal price and filled out a multi-field signup form which included entering payment information. The last item to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox which was consciously clicked in order for the trial to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account. Next to that checkbox are disclosures stating the price to be charged and outlining our terms with links provided to the full text details. We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase. This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us. The subscription is not able to be started without user interaction to accept our terms and clicking the Submit button.

Never heard of these guys and they are charging my Mastercard. Started with $3.00, now $19.00 / month. I ordered a pillow for my wife. This company's ad came up after purchase for rebate. There was nothing I could see clearly stating this as a paid for service. There are transactions of $19 and $13 in my account under shipmentsfree and smarty but they are the same company from my understanding.
