      It appears there was no prior opportunity to discuss or resolve this matter with our team before the complaint was filed.  We believe that you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us.  We obtained user data directly from the inputted information after visiting a Women's Clothing site (anntaylor) on 26Apr2025.  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form using the credit card information that we have on file and gave express consent to the subscription program.  We sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last signup step confirming the purchase.  Our signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently, unknowingly or unaware that there will be monthly charges incurred.  We acknowledge one prior call to us on 13Sep2025 however, you terminated the call before we could assist you.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

      Shipment ******** set up a subscription in my name and was charging my credit card $25 a month when I never ever went to their website nor was an account holder I never set up an account with this website I never even viewed this website I have no ties to this website whatsoever but somehow they were able to get my information and tie me into a subscription for $25 a month and stole $175 from my credit card

      I have never signed up for this program I do not know how they got my information I had never even heard of them. Upon checking my bank account the other day I found that I had been paying for a subscription or membership or whatever from this company. When I called their customer service number they did cancel my membership and refunded me for 1 months "service" however I still do not understand how they got my credit card information. While they did assure me on the phone that I would no longer be charged by them I do not believe them, I have seen many people online complaining that even after cancellation they find a way to continue charging you. If that is indeed the case I will be incredibly displeased to have to report this activity as fraudulent to my financial institution.

      Shipmentsfree.com has been charging me $25 since 8/4/2025 monthly so 9/4/2025 as well. I have no knowledge of this subscription and or company. I would like to have this canceled as this seems like a scam. I did visit this companys website and I have no valid log in for me to have an account with them. Lets get this resolved as I been researching that this company has a lot of complaints.

      I was told through a trusted source that I was getting a $25 rebate as part of signing up for their services (these services being my apartments payment portal for our utilities). I then clicked on the link and it sent me to this site, where I entered my information in hopes of getting this money they had promised me. Instead, they offered me gift cards that did not work, and have since charged me $28 total ($3 on 8/26/25 when I signed up and $25 randomly on 9/1/25, two separate transactions), neither of which I verified with the company. I would like a full refund and a deletion of my debit information from their database.

      Thank you for contacting us through the BBB.   We note that you previously applied for our $25 First Purchase Rebate (8246059906-6902049618) while an active subscriber on 25Aug2025.  This rebate is a thank you for trialing our SmartyPlus product at a nominal fee.  Our charges are not "random".  Because you did not cancel during the trial period, it converted into a monthly subscription.  Based on the contents of this complaint, we've cancelled that rebate out.  After entering your payment information, the last item of our signup process to be completed is an "I agree" checkbox which was consciously clicked in order for the trial to be activated and gives consent and authorization for us to charge the account.  Next to that checkbox are disclosures clearly stating the price to be charged and outlining our subscription terms with links provided to the full text details.  We also sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last step is completed confirming the purchase.  This signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us. The subscription is not able to be started without user interaction to accept our terms and clicking the Submit button.  We acknowledge your prior chat session with us on 1Sep2025 at which time we believed this matter was settled.

      I received an email that I signed up for this service. I do not have an account I was charged 25 dollars and I do not have a subscription. I have never even heard of this site nor have I subscribed to something in the last 8 months. Please remove me and refund

      A charge appeared in my ***** Card account for 25 dollars and apple Card declined saying it was suspicious. I did not sign up for a membership with ************. I called them and they insisted I signed up and looked up my account through my email address. I NEVER signed up so somehow they had access to my email and ***** account.
