      Contrary to your claim, our records indicate that there has been no prior contact from you for an opportunity to resolve any issues directly with us.  You did not cancel your subscription and delete your account.  We do acknowledge one hangup call from the number listed with this complaint on 2May2025.   We note that you intentionally signed up and immediately applied for our $10 First Purchase Rebate (9026095648-6952741053) as a digital gift card by logging into your account portal.  Based on the contents of this complaint, we've gone ahead and cancelled that rebate out.  We obtained user information directly from your inputted information after visiting a Perfume and Fragrances site (fragrancenet) on 11Apr2025.  Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form using the credit card information that we have on file and gave express consent to the subscription program.  We sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last signup step confirming the purchase.  Our signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us.  It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently, unknowingly or unaware that there will be monthly charges incurred.  Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.  Our contact information is prominently displayed on our website.  For the convenience of our customers, we operate ******** telephone call & live chat services.  We also respond promptly to emails.

      Better Business Bureau,I am filing this formal complaint against **************** for conducting what I believe to be a deceptive and unauthorized billing practice.On April 21, 2025, my **** Debit card was charged $19.59 CAD by a company listed as SHIPMENTSFREECO without my knowledge or consent. I have attached a screenshot from my banking statement for reference, which clearly indicates the transaction details:Date: April 21, 2025 Merchant: SHIPMENTSFREECO Amount: $19.59 CAD (***** USD at the exchange rate of 1.422658)Point of Sale: **** Debit INTL I did not sign up for any services, trials, or subscriptions from this company, nor was I given any form of notice or authorization for this charge. This kind of behavior is characteristic of subscription scams, where charges are applied without clear consent or disclosure.I have reached out to the company and demanded an immediate refund and cancellation of any related accounts. However, I am submitting this complaint to ensure that a formal investigation is conducted and that appropriate actions are taken to prevent this from happening to other consumers.This charge is not only unauthorized but also undermines consumer trust and financial security.       This is a scam and I dont know how you can get away with this scam for so long without being arrested and jailed. This company charged my credit card without my permission $19.95 multiple times each time I had to contact my bank to get the charges reversed. Which I had no problem with the bank since they are aware of this fraud. I am astonished to see this scam continue for so long without the police stepping in and taking action.

      Company never sent me a rebate check for $20. I received the email confirming it was mailed out, but I never received it. I've emailed and called the company several times and never received any response to date. A representative on the phone says the issue was escalated to a supervisor and I will hear back within 48hrs. It's been several weeks and nothing, no calls and no emails.
