      The company is unprofessional with no real management system. I was denied when requesting a manager and was hung up on multiple times when I asked for clarity on how the supervisor system works. I was not approved for a rebate and was advised to send additional information that would lead to an update in ***** hours which did not happen. The staff are unaware with no care. They are only good for canceling subscriptions.

      My 10-year-old daughter has a phone thats very locked down.. Theres a website that charged her Applepay $25, even though I had it set up that I have to authorize all purchases. Its a scam website and it charged while she was asleep. The website is ****************

      I started receiving monthly charges for some type of subscription from this business back in 1/2025. They are started debiting out of my account $25 a month. It went unnoticed until around March/April of $25.00. I do not know how this company received my credit card information or bank information. I have disputed it with ********** (*******), and they stated the only response from Shipments Free was that they had my name and did not credit my account. This company has not provided any documents of orders, purchases from me of any kind. I closed my card, and that account to avoid future fraudulent charges, however the bank transferred $191.00 from Shipments free to my new account. I located a Spam email today from 1/2025 were they set me up on some kind of membership, without my consent or knowledge. I have attached email documentation of what I have regarding this matter. This company is fraudulent, and I am requesting a full refund. I can provide banking documentation also to confirm the amount that they took

      I did not sign up for this site, and I remember 2 separate occasions of attempting to cancel this subscription and still being charged for over a year on a subscription I have never used and was unaware existed.

      For the past 2 years the website www.shipmentsfree.com has been taking $25 out of my account randomly almost every month. I have no signed up for anything on their website. Whenever I try to talk to someone to fix the situation they tell me they will get back to me and never do. That is after requesting more information about my debit card used. I refuse to give them that information considering they are robbing me of my hard earned money. I have screen shots of the transactions. From December 2024-May 2025. They recently again tried to do another transaction but it declined because I dont have enough in my account. Considering it isnt happening every month I know for a fact I am not signed up for anything and I want to be refunded for what they took for me. This website should not be running!

      I was checking my recent transactions on my checking account and noticed that there was a withdrawal of $19.00 from my account stating 'Freeshipments.com.oey.' This transaction is due to post to my account on Monday 7/7. My debit card number is also listed. I have purchased items on-line, but I have never signed up for this service. I do not want this service and I do not want them to continue to make monthly withdrawals from my account for something I didn't sign up for. This is fraud and I want it to stop.
