      Said I would get $15 if I signed up for a free trial on a subscription that I could ********* any time. When attempting to do so, it kept saying there were errors and randomly decided to keep charging me 1 dollar on my card that didnt work. So now I have money being stolen from me for no reason that is stuck pending that ****** wont even let me report or dispute. I didnt even sign up for anything either, I simply typed in my info, got an error, and then got money stolen. I know that sounds dumb of me but its a website that people said is trustworthy that lead me to this site that scammed me. Do not use at all.

      Contrary to your claim, we believe that you or someone in your household with access to the payment information on file signed up with us. We obtained user data directly from the inputted information after visiting a Grocery ticket site (shaws) on 4Jul2025. Someone clicked on our cash back rebate ad and filled out a multi-field signup form using the credit card information that we have on file and gave express consent to the subscription program. We sent a welcome confirmation to the email address on file immediately after the last signup step confirming the purchase. Our signup flow is very clearly identified as belonging to us. It's very difficult to sign up with us inadvertently, unknowingly or unaware that there will be monthly charges incurred. Please reach out directly to us for any further questions or concerns.       ShipmentsFree popped up during a product exchange when I had to pay for shipping to have the product sent to me. It offered free shipping which I assumed was the product vendor offering that. Instead of free shipping or shipping for $1 as advertised they charged my credit card $25. ive been trying to dispute the charge with them and my bank with little success.

Based on the contents of this complaint, we've gone ahead and cancelled that rebate out.       I wasnt sure what to expect when I signed up for ShipmentsFree, but I can now say its saved me more than I thought. I do a lot of online shopping, so getting money back for shipping and return fees has made a real difference. The process for submitting receipts is simple once you get the hang of it. Ive had two rebates come through without any hassle, and the support team replied quickly when I had a question about a claim. Its been a solid add-on to my shopping routine, and I plan to keep using it.

      If I could rate Shipmentsfree.com zero stars, I would. I was led to believe that I was signing up to receive a rebate and needed to enter my card information to receive it but instead I was signed up for a monthly subscription. The language used throughout the process is not clear and will leave people charged for services that dont even work. Never received my rebate I originally signed up for. Its giving scam!
