My elderly father somehow ended up with a subscription for this company for two years. When I contacted the business. I spoke with "Ashon". I told him that I had power of attorney and I wanted to cancel this subscription. He said he would send a link to my father's business email and I would have to confirm, I informed "*****" that we no longer had access to that email account and needed to do it another way. He told me that was the ONLY way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said there was not one available. I told him that was not acceptable since he had been taking money from a 98 year old man for 2 years and I had power of attorney to cancel this. He refused. I ended up having the c/c company stop all reoccuring charges.Shipmentsfree.com

Its one of those services that saves you money without much effort. I get cashback on purchases Id be making anyway, and the process to claim is simple. I came to BBB to confirm that I personally did NOT get scammed from this business, especially because it seemed sketchy and has low reviews. I am not sure if this is an update, but theres a cancellation link on the account page for auto-renew, similar to any other subscription on my phone. I checked my cards and bank, and I was never charged after I cancelled my free trial, and I still received the gift card promo. Also, this place seems to have great reviews from people who actually used their service, so I may use it for future free shipping from online stores. This is a scam. I was charged two different amounts $2.00 and $25.00 dollars. I called them and got some guy from ***** who said he would reverse the $25.00 but saw no transaction for the $2.00. When I argued with him, he hung up on me. I told them that I was reporting them to the BBBShipmentsfree.com

Dont trust them. I was offered to sign up for a 7-day free trial, and first I always review the terms and conditions because I always track these things. I never received any emails from them for activating, charges, refunds or cancellations. They only respond through their chat. I was chatting with them asking about missing emails, and when I became nervous I checked my bank account and they had already made a charge to my account for the free trial. I asked for a refund and for my payment info to be deleted. I made a request to delete my data and I closed my account. I believe that this is a business that gets you to sign up with an attractive offer, gets you to enter their banking info, doesnt hold up on their promises, and hopes you will forget about them and let them keep making charges on your account. The terms and conditions on their website are completely different than the terms and conditions I had in the offer. Be careful, its a trap. Dont sign up.Shipmentsfree.com

100% scam service. They offer a "free" trial membership pomisubg not to charge anything if you cancel with 7 days. I did that. ***** CHARGED ME ANYWAY! Then to make things worse they tried charging me every month. This happened until my bank alerted me to "fraudulent activity" coming from this company.
