This company charged my credit card $19.00. I am not aware of any contact with this company. I called the 800# on the website, but it would not connect. I called the 310# on the website and a man with an accent so thick I had problems understanding him. He said I was charged a membership fee. I never signed up for anything with this company. I told him I didn't know this charge or his company and that I wanted all my information deleted from the company's database. He would not confirm all my info would be deleted, he just said my membership would be canceled. I repeated myself numerous times in numerous ways that I wanted all my info deleted. He just said again that my membership would be canceled. When I asked about the $19.00 they already charged me, he fumbled around and eventually said I would receive a refund in 5 business days.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:If I believed the response, I would accept it, though I would still ask the BBB to monitor this company closely and have this complaint as a strike against shipmentsfree.com. However, the evidence shows that this company has not been truthful on these issues in the past with me. I would like some sort of verification that all my information has been deleted this way I don't get billed again for a subscription service I never signed up for. Also, I think it highly likely that this company would sell my information to other nefarious entities.

I am rejecting this response because:I just called the number on the website. As the last message said, the person that answered had not idea what I was talking about. I repeatedly explained the situation and asked to be elevated to someone who could help me. It was quite clear that this representative was instructed to not transfer. She just kept saying she could help me with any of my concerns and kept repeating that she has no record of me so she couldn't help me. We went around in circles for 5-7 minutes and then I gave up.
Please note, though I have requested verification that my account has been deleted, AND MY INFORMATION NOT SHARED, I have been shown nothing that proves my account has been deleted, nor that my information has not been shared. Since this company has illustrated through its actions, its website, its call center representatives, and its boiler plate responses which do not address my request for verification, that it is not truthful and a scammer. Given all this, it would be quite naive of me to believe a message through this system stating that my info has been deleted and my information has not been sold/shared. In short, show me proof, because I do not believe you.

On Friday Feb 23rd a charge appeared to my First Citizens checking account for $19.00. About a month ago there was another charge for $3.00. I have never used or heard of ShipmentsFree.com until today when I saw yet another charge to my account. I would like to know how they collected my personal information as well as vital information such as my Card number and other controls to access my account. I am seeking a full refund to my charged account. I also want my name and information taken off of this scam businesses records. I think this place is a scam or fraud. I never heard of this company and never signed up for an account with this company. Somehow they are deducting $19.00 a month from my debit card. I notice this on 2/22/24. Because of this charge I looked back on my bank account and I notice they have been deducting this amount for over a year, from January 2023 to currently February 2024. The total is $266. I called the company and they are saying they cant find my account with the two emails I gave them and also cant find my name on an account, but yet they are charging my debit card each month. They sent me an email with questions to answer so I can give them more info so they can investigate. I refuse to answer any of the questions on the email because I think they are fishing for more info to scam me elsewhere. I had to go to my bank to cancel my card because there was no way for my bank to stop them from taking the $19.00 payment each month. They stole my money and I want my money back!!! I am rejecting this response because:They are saying they do not have any records of me being in their system. I gave them the only 2 emails I ever use. And they still said they couldnt find me in their system. I refused to give any other info because I do not want them to get any more of my personal info to further charge me for something else that I did not order. Absolutely no other email was used from a family member in this household. They still continued to charge me since my complaint, and I ended up having to cancel my debit card with my bank and get another card with a new number. That was the ONLY way I could stop the monthly charge. I was inconvenienced by having to go to my bank and cancel my debit card This company is scamming people. You can also go on Reddit and see I am not the only person that has the exact same complaint with this company.
