For the past 2 years the website www.shipmentsfree.com has been taking $25 out of my account randomly almost every month. I have no signed up for anything on their website. Whenever I try to talk to someone to fix the situation they tell me they will get back to me and never do. That is after requesting more information about my debit card used. I refuse to give them that information considering they are robbing me of my hard earned money. I have screen shots of the transactions. From December 2024-May 2025. They recently again tried to do another transaction but it declined because I dont have enough in my account. I was checking my recent transactions on my checking account and noticed that there was a withdrawal of $19.00 from my account stating 'Freeshipments.com.oey.' This transaction is due to post to my account on Monday 7/7. My debit card number is also listed. I have purchased items on-line, but I have never signed up for this service. I did not subscribe in any of your... I don't even know what you are doing and why I am paying this. I did download an app baby connect, but when I saw they were charging for it I deleted it, never used it. They took money because my information was on my Play store, and it looked like you took some money too. In fact 19 each month for 10 month .. the other 13 was not you, for that I am sorry of accusing you... It is very frustrating that people are just taking money from other this way.
So, yeah I would like my money back, otherwise I will contact la protection du consommateur.
