    Perhaps this site works well for bookings, but trying it out for the first time, I won't be going back. I'd put in a hotel booking for one night about two weeks ago. All was good until I became ill, and couldn't do the 9 hour drive I'd been planning. I'd paid extra for refund protection, just in case (a couple years back I'd broken an arm days before a trip to *****, and have been over cautious ever since), so I figured, 'no big deal, I'll cancel the booking and try again when I'm feeling better.'That is where thing started to unravel. I clicked on the refund request link to be shipped off to a 3rd party who began asking personal medical questions, and claimed they couldn't reimburse me over the method I'd paid (******). They also demanded a doctor's note explaining why I couldn't come. I couldn't provide that, since I wasn't planning to file a ********* comp claim for an overnight at a hotel, and frankly wasn't comfortable giving them much more of my private information, so I attached a screenshot of the doctor appointment, and left it at that. At the speed of an AI bot, the request was rejected, telling me to attach my confirmation letter for the reservation (which was attached), more details of my illness, and a more detailed letter from my physician (who typically communicates on a 3 day delay). So, I tried reaching out to Super.com's chat support and got yet another bot who happily canceled my reservation, and pointed me back to the 3rd party for getting my money back. At this point, my patience was at an end with Super.com and its 3rd party refund system. Buyer beware, their refund system's a *******.

    It is a scam. I made the hotel reservation, and need to cancel it due to medical condition. Super.com asked me to call hotel directly. I called and got email confirmation. But super.com refused to accept that email, saying the hotel manager did not signed it. I asked the hotel, they told me none of the third party booking company has this weird request, and they can call to confirm. I then contacted the ************************ ( spent $10 or so when book the company). They asked for my medical record, which I provided. Then they request doctor's signature within couple days of the traveling date. Since this is a chronic condition, I didn't contact the doctor. Then they said it is not qualified for the refund!!!So in nut shell: I do want to save a few dollars when booking hotels. But super.com and the travel insurance company they used ( refundable) is a scam if you need to cancel it.

    Worst experience Ive ever had with a travel site. Booked a room and ended up sitting in the parking lot for three hours with no solution. Would not issue an any refund or voucher for a double ********** not use these guys they are worthless and will steal your money. Thanks a lot super.com, hope your business fall flat on its face. Only giving you one star because I cant give a zero.

    Once I found this site it gave a better price then all the others Trivago, ************ Expedia, Priceline ,Kyack, AARP, AAA some miombo jumbo and others Super.com was $30 less and even had a lesser Refund deal if wanted. I don't want to loose this name. TRY IT

    I booked a reservation thru Super.com.I was charged twice for the same reservation.I tried chatting with Super.com and they did not see the second charge but my bank notified me that there is a scam going on All I wanted was to refund my second charge.They were not helpful with my charge and would not refund me my charge.These guys are fraudulent and scammers
