    we booked a stay through Super.com, for the same night. For some reason their program had an automatic date entered and we didn't notice that date was for the next night till we pressed the final button. We immediately called customer service to ask them to refund the wrong night and only charge us for the right night, which we had to book separately and manually enter the correct date. Their customer service person said he would do this, it is a long story, but after many calls and emails and a dispute through our credit card, we never did get the wrong night credited (which was their fault for their auto date entered) and had to pay for 2 nights when we only stayed one. Not right.

    Had some trouble using a tablet, but the web site at super.com remembered me by phone number and that process went smoothly.I will use Super.com again.
