1 starI booked a room. The room turned out to be a nightmare and the hotel gave me a100 percent refund but there was no where else to book because everything in the area was booked solid so they kept the money and offered me $11. Total SCAM!! DON'T USE THEM!!!! I ACTUALLY CALLED THE ***** AND THE ***** TOLD ME THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN 100 % OF MY MONEY BACK. SUPER.COM is not worth it. Book it yourself! Oh! And if you're credit card is backed by *************** they are no better because they were right there with them. They did not help the customer... they sided with the thief in this case.Super.com
