    Never use the cancellation protection. The small print about getting a refund makes it likely no one will ever get the refund if you can't make it. So either book with no protection or go elsewhere.

    Quick to find and book. Only downside is taking up to 3 days for the booking to appear in the hotels booking system.

    Without my knowledge, I was signed up for a "membership" through Super.com after booking a hotel with them. At no point did I agree to this, so it must have been in the very, very fine print. They charged me $15/mo for several months before I noticed it. When I finally figured out who was charging me and went to cancel, the process was drawn out and not straightforward.Such a scam, so ridiculous. I will never do business with them again.

    Unfortunatelly I cannot select zero or negative stars.Very shady business. Made me lose 03 days talking with their representative and the hotel. Requested me to contact the hotel so they would refund me if the hotel agreeded. 03 days later hotel sent a confirmation agreeing with the refund only for me to receive an e-mail telling they will not refund. Completelly unethical business. It is a shame I cannot proof my reservation date was wrong due a site mistake :(. If you see them run, you will lose your money and time!
