    There was a forest fire near the location of my booking. I have asthma and was unable to proceed with my stay. I contacted both the hotel and Super.com, and representatives from each confirmed that this was a refundable situation.After weeks with no confirmation email or response, I followed up. On my second attempt, things became more complicated. I was met with cancellation policy jargon and had to reach back out to the hotel to reconfirm the approved *************** that point, Super.com offered only a 60% refund, and only in the form of travel credit to be used within a year. When I questioned this, they revised their offer to deposit the 60% refund directly back into my account.After three attempts, I still dont feel confident that I will actually receive my refund. In a situation where a natural disaster threatens peoples health, it seems only reasonable to provide a full refund. Who could place their trust in a company that handles matters this way?

    So easy to use and so much cheaper than other save rate websites, with opportunity to earn credit towards future stays. It doesnt matter if its the day of or weeks early when booking, they seem to always have a room with cheapest rates. Love this site..

    Did not purchase anything through ****, Lift or any 3rd party entity "Super+" membership that costs $15 per month. I'm still bothered by the explanation to as how this enrollment was made Spoke with Customer support *** ***** who was not clear as to what was the final answer but to add he offered me a one-time courtesy which I was bothered by the courtesy part since I never signed up or purchase anything in over 4 months and can't stand on-line shopping due to continuous disappointments

    ****** - ************ has very manipulative, misleading, deceptive design practices to enroll you in their shady Super + program that charges $15 monthly. They provide no notification to you about these fees, and it's incredibly difficult to cancel when you try to do so. I think the ************************************ (****) issued their guidance warning companies against using "dark patterns" with Super.com in mind, since they have extremely manipulative design tactics, trapping consumers into their Super+ subscriptions. In addition to the consumer financial protection violations, they appear to violate the FTC's Negative Options Rule and the Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees. How they have an A+ rating is truly bewildering to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There's no such thing as a free lunch or in this case, a cheap hotel room.
