1 starFor over a month and a half now I've been trying to get them to reverse the cash advance of $20 plus the $4.99 additional fees that go with it due to the fact that they never sent me the $20 cash advance because my bank rejected it and it shows on their side that it reverse back to them in the meantime of them doing that I have received $10.50 in earned credits that they took to pay for something that they never provided. I have talked to them multiple times and I haven't told. Don't worry. We apologize for the inconvenience. We're in the process of getting this expedited and getting this taken care of for you. We've made it a priority. Nothing's been done yet. The last time I talked to anybody was 2 weeks ago and I said well. When do I need to call back within 3 days of you talking to me today and they said no. We'll call you back within 3 days and let you know what's going on. Not a call not an email. Nothing this company. Yes things are legit about them but to get things fixed and to get you money back from them is a joke. Don't do anything with themSuper.com

1 starI booked and fully paid for a hotel through Super.com months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel in *****, I found that there was no reservation under my name. I was forced to wait at the front desk for hours late at night, and in the end, I had to pay the full amount again, directly to the hotel, just to get a room. The hotel was fully booked, and I even had to beg for accommodation. I contacted Super.com support via chat during this stressful situation, but they did not resolve anything. They stalled for hours, claiming to talk with a third party, while I was left stranded in the middle of the night. To this day, I have not received any proper compensation or refund. This was an extremely stressful, unpleasant, and unprofessional experience. I will never use this service again and will warn others to avoid it. Avoid Super.com at all costs.Super.com
