1 starThey are charging my daughter and not only, not issuing a refund but charging a cancellation fee. A minor can not legally go into a contract. The site is so confusing that one of the top questions asked is What is a Super.com membership? I will not only be filing a BBB report but also a CFPB report. It is your responsibility to make sure that the person is old enough to be on your site. Terms and conditions should also require age confirmation.Super.com

1 starWorst company I have ever used in relation to booking a hotel. Booked a hotel through super.com, they took payment and sent me a confirmation email. I turn up to said hotel and they have no record of any booking for me. Late at night and with little option, I had to pay for the hotel at the front desk which was inveitably a lot more expensive. I raised this issue with Super.com the next day, who said they wouldn't refund me and that bookings can take upto 48hrs to process. If bookings can take 48hrs to process, why are you advertising bookings for the next day etc...Inevitably I had to chargeback via my CC who awarded in my favor.Super.com
