1 starI downloaded the snaptravel app and tried to make a booking, the app gives an error message, then I call their customer service to book and they increased the price by serveral hundred dollars despite what the online quote states. I asked their personel to match the price as it is in their app currently and they declined. This is a BIG red flag for fraudulent activity. I would not book with this company.
