  This is the 100% a scam site. I booked a room through them and purchased the cancellation insurance because of family emergency possibilities. I checked into the hotel and within minutes needed to cancel. There is no contact information for super.com. I found a refund procedure which I started to complete but it said they could not credit a debit or credit card and needed all of my banking information. No thank you, I dont relish the thought of my bank account being swept. I have looked for 2 days for a real contact number. All that are listed no longer exist. Do not, I repeat DO NOT use this scam site. Learn from my hundreds of dollars mistake.

  Beware of sneaky subscription charges! I was originally searching for a hotel on a common third party website that showed me that I could get the best price on Super.com. After comparing options, Super.com certainly appeared to be the best, so I clicked on the offer and was directed to their website. The booking process went smoothly and the stay went well. However, two months later I was surprised to find a $15 charge on my credit card from Super+. I had no clue what this was, but looking back I saw I was also charged $15 by Super+ exactly one month earlier. After looking up Super+ online I found a whole slew of complaints on Reddit of people who made a purchase from Super.com once and were then automatically enrolled in their Super+ subscription. Super.com claims that they make it clear that you are signing up for their subscription when you check out, but I can certainly say I didn't see it anywhere and they never once sent me any confirmation email of any kind either. I would have never known about this subscription if I hadn't checked my credit card statements. Fortunately, the cancelation process was easy, but when I called and asked about a refund I was told they could not issue one. I'm not someone who often leaves bad reviews, but the practices of this business seem very shady. Maybe I missed some fine print, that could certainly be the case, but with the amount of people online who seem to have the same experience as me it appears the business may be the one who is at fault.

  I actually have come to love this website I do not even pay for their premium subscription and I still have had a great experience I live in a hotel right now so I have to pay day by day sometimes week by week but I always always go through super.com because they always have the cheapest prices even when other sites are higher they are normally always the cheapest and it's so convenient to just get on there and pick up where I left off and pay for another day that way I don't have to go up to the office and deal with them there's some employees can be jerks as you know and when I had an issue where my little cousin was playing with my phone and accidentally paid for another room I was fairly easily able to get a hold of somebody and get that money refunded what a relief I definitely recommend us am! as well as I've been telling everybody that I can that will listen about it cuz I want them to get savings too! 0
