    This company is a scam. I paid extra $15 to make my ticket refundable. This people refused to refund my money. This is my honest advise to everyone to stay away from money hungry and fraudulent company.

    SCAMMERS!!! I had no problem booking a hotel the first two times and got a good price, though the hotels werent very good The third time got me upset because I never save my card for future purchases and they said I saved it and accidentally upgraded on top of it. I chatted with no luck for a refund because of many ***** excuses and now I need to contact the BBB next for them to take my card off or close it out and get a new one because if I just click on a hotel to look at it, it confirms and charges my card every time I go on their site. STAY AWAY FROM SUPER. COM

    Made a reservation but because the hotel was booked it saw switched to a different night without me noticing. When I attempted to get a refund, I found out they were a 4th party vendor using Priceline. They made it impossible to get a refund despite the hotel agreeing to it. What would have been easy with Priceline became impossible with Super.com. They should have been amble to make the calls and wouldnt.

    i used it for about a year, then it became a NIGHTMARE. 1) BAIT & SWITCH PRICING: you select a city and date and it "seaches" for the best deals. then you see pricing. once you select a hotel and room the price ALWAYS goes up. 2) FRAUDULENT BILLING: they have been billing my credit card for a monthly membership fee of *****. the membership is optional and i never joined. when i noticed the fees i called and they promised to give me a refund. they sent me a check for $26 when they had been billing me ***** for over a year! then i noticed that they were billing me both ***** AND *****. they also double bill for hotel stays. sometimes you get charged by the hotel AND super.com. i called (*****) and asked for a US based supervisor to call me but they have not. then continue to bill me the monthly fee even though i told them i didn't want it and never signed up for it. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONNECTICUT ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR THESE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES

    Be very careful with their website. I bought a hotel ticket and **** redirected to super.com and I competed my order. After 3 months I saw i was being billed 9.99 for subscription. They in Feb I asked to cancel, which they said they will. In April I again checked to see it wasn't canceled and they are still charging. So I again had chat, which they again said they will cancel. I took screenshot. And in may they charged again. I have screenshot for last 2 chats with them I never received any membership notice, never accepted, but I'm still billed. Is that your only business super.com?

    Easy to book, very affordable prices, no issues with any property I've been to with doing 3rd party reservations, and you can even earn a cash back with a paid membership.
