    I had a very disappointing experience with Super.***. During my booking, there was no clear disclosure of a membership fee, yet I was charged anyway. This kind of hidden cost feels deceptive and unethical. Their lack of transparency makes it hard to trust the service, and customer support was unhelpful when I raised the issue.
    I’m sharing this to warn others: double-check every detail and be wary of surprise charges. I won’t be using Super.*** again and wouldn’t ********* it to others.

    Don't use Super.com. Their customer service is awful.Reserved a room online for 2-25. When I received the receipt I noticed it incorrectly listed the check in date as 2-27. I immediately contacted their customer service number and the *** was useless. They would not correct the error unless the hotel agreed to the change. I called "super.com" back from the hotel check in desk and the hotel clerk agreed to the change. Again the *** refused to make the change unless the hotel sent a request to them in writing. Total nonsense from "super". It should have been so easy to make the change but the csr seemed to enjoy the fact that I was frustrated. Ended up paying for a 2nd room because the *** didn't care enough to provide help.Additionally they will charge you an additional $15 membership fee whether you want it or not.There are many wonderful hotel reservation systems available. This is not one of them. Don't use.

    First of all to the previous people complaining about 2 dollars ovecharge get a grip. My experience absolutely flawless the manger was about as accommodating as they could be ,very very nice women very help and I was even able to get in a little earlier than normal

    Good morning, travelers and clients of this agency, be very careful. Super.com lists disreputable hotels where not even pigs are allowed to stay. I booked a room at the *************, and it's a disgusting place; they have rooms with animals called bed bugs. I informed Super.com that I wanted a refund for that reason and sent them evidence of the animals. They promised to refund me, but now they refuse to give me the money. Furthermore, they charged me anyway. The hotel took money from my card without my authorization. That's why I looked for another agency that guarantees a reliable stay. It's ****** from the Super Travel Amendments Team. I'm pleased to inform you that we've processed a refund of USD $78.93 back to your original payment method. You should see the amount reflected in your bank account within the next 3 business days. Should there be any delay beyond this, kindly reach out to your bank for further details. This agency is not safe and they don't keep their word on their promises. There is the evidence, they say, of their message and to this day I have not received the refund and now they refuse to do so.

    Hotel manager approved refund for an unforeseen emergency that didnt allow me to stay past the first night, but theres no support contact!The hotel manager Ajam is waiting for Super.com to call them to authorize it. Theres no way to reach a human and the chatbot isnt responding. Please check your support inbox and get back to me ASAP, or I will have to dispute the ***********: Cher ***** subject line sent to support: URGENT: Refund Approval Confirmed by Hotel Manager Awaiting Action
