    One word awful.I would strongly suggest no one consider booking anything through Super.com. If the ************************************ in ***********, ******* had not stepped in to resolve the issue which was clearly caused by Super.com I would have been left without a room.I am deeply disappointed.What should have been a straightforward booking turned into a stressful and entirely avoidable situation. I am truly grateful to the team at ******** for taking responsibility for something that was not theirs to fix.I would encourage them to reconsider their association with Super.com.

    I booked through them got to hotel and had to pay more. Then I chatted with them and they told me that the extra fees were listed in the about section ,they were not I took a screenshot. It is just all around bad service.

    I Booked the ************** in *********** ******* which looked OK by the pictures, however on arrival the Desk Staff had trouble themselves opening the door and the door later had issues fully securely locking. Someone from the Convention the next day suggested that it was unsafe get the h*** out. I Booked the ********** immediately, reached out but Super.com was unresponsive after receiving my pictures. ALL my other travel Bookings has been excellent.

    The hotel I booked through Super.com refunded but Super.com refuse to give. **************** is a scam and is horrible. They are not helpful, they want us to get off the phone. They do not even have way to look at transition history for each account.

    Fraudulent practice baited me into paying $15 a month for a membership. Unresponsive "customer service" etc I ended up needing to get a new credit card because of them.

    Made a reservation for Hotel A, a 3.5-star hotel, and prepaid. The confirmation was sent to me with the correct hotel name, address, and telephone number. However, when I got to the hotel, there was no reservation. The reservation was made with Hotel B, a 2-star hotel across the street with a different address and phone number. The hotels were completely distinct corporate entities. Both hotels said this was a common issue with booking online. I contacted Super.com via chatbot as there is no phone number to explain the situation. They said their system showed the correct hotel was booked. (It was not.) They did not attempt to figure out the issue. Just offered me 20% of my booking, $26.95, as a CREDIT to use their untrustworthy system again. Both hotels told me it was a common problem.

    This company is a scam. I paid extra $15 to make my ticket refundable. This people refused to refund my money. This is my honest advise to everyone to stay away from money hungry and fraudulent company.

    SCAMMERS!!! I had no problem booking a hotel the first two times and got a good price, though the hotels werent very good The third time got me upset because I never save my card for future purchases and they said I saved it and accidentally upgraded on top of it. I chatted with no luck for a refund because of many ***** excuses and now I need to contact the BBB next for them to take my card off or close it out and get a new one because if I just click on a hotel to look at it, it confirms and charges my card every time I go on their site. STAY AWAY FROM SUPER. COM
