    Booked a hotel room through Super.com a week in advance, paid in full. When I showed up at the hotel, they didn't have a room for me. I was told I only tried to book that day and they had no rooms available. I showed them my confirmation and was told I would have to contact Super.com. I contacted Super.com and was told my reservation was non-cancellable so they could not issue a refund! I am now fighting the charge with my credit card company.

    Decided to use this site because I had $92 in credits from previous use. Booked online and the information told me I could add credits later. No option appeared. Called the company within 10 minutes. Told me no credits could be added, booking could not be changed and said I need to add the app to access my credits. My phone is not compatible with the app. Said they had no system to manually add the credits or cancel the booking. Refused to escalate the issue. No third party calling option. No screen sharing option. No flexibility in systems or policies. Basically "broken record" training waiting for customers to go away.

    This site is a SCAM. How they are allowed to have a website and continue to steal from people is a mystery to me. Booked a reservation at the ************ plus in ******* on a super busy weekend and got a confirmation from super.com. called hotel 2 days ahead of arrival to confirm my reservation only to find out there wasn't one. Called super.com and was reassured they have my reservation and their "travel partner" was working with hotel to transfer information which is done day before (shady) but assured me we had a room. Arrived to find out i was right to be skeptical and there was no reservation at the hotel and I was the 20th person in the last week to have this problem at this hotel alone. Whole town was sold out and my family had to sleep in our car. We were not refunded and just given run around for hours. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. FRAUD!!

    Scam Alert Stay Away from Super.com!Ive had a terrible experience with Super.com. Theyve been deducting $15 every month from my account without clear explanation. I canceled a room booking, and they never refunded my money. I tried calling their customer support multiple times, but no one ever answered. This company feels like a total scam unresponsive and dishonest. Be very careful before using their service!

    I booked two nights stay, one in ********** and the next night in ************, I paid extra for refund capabilities up to the prior day. Today, six days prior to the first nights stay I attempted to cancel my reservation and they said I don't qualify for a refund.Don't use Super.com

    No stars motel would not recognize reservation. So we slept in car after driving many hours and they refused to refund our money. Support said want their fault was very rude.

    Ive used super.com on several different occasions. Up until recently i have had zero issues. I did however try to redeem my rewards and have it transferred to my card.i i made several attempts to redeem them. I finally spoke with a live agent named Sagar who proceeded to tell me that the rewards redemption feature has been disabled on your account due to a violation of our terms and conditions. You can review the applicable terms and conditions by clicking on the link provided above.. He could not tell me what i did just that i have been terminted from the redemtiin feature. I asked to know in detail what the issue is.He refused and the decision was final and could not and will not be reversed. Thats unacceptable and i earned those rewards i expect to have them available to my account $41.54

    purchased a " fully refundable" hotel reservation. Got sick the day before check in, according to their policy was refundable up until the day of check in. I attempted to cancel the reservation (the day before check in) and have been denied. Apparently it's conditionally refundable, meaning you have to meet all their requirements. False advertising and should not be allowed to sell products with this terminology.
