    I will most definitely tell my family about this so we travel a lot and we be trying to find reasonable hotels and spaces in this app right here is wonderful

    On 2/27/25 I see a charge from super.com for $15. I don't know why. I stay in hotels frequently and I usually select the cheapest company. I booked a room on 4/2/25 for $58.20 I booked a room on 4/25/25 for $176.84 I booked a room on 4/28 for 5612 . Then I realize that this super.com is charging me other fees. please take those charges off of there. They said I bought a membership to their company that gave me cash back. I said if I got cash back then where is it? I also pointed out there were no discounts applied. She agrees to give the money back But only for one month. I said no I want both charges removed. So she puts me on hold she comes back she says okay the supervisor said we'll return the money to you. on 5/7/2025 she returned two charges at 15 and charged me another $15. I'm calling them back today to make them give me back the $15. . So buyers beware. When you push that button that says you want that price you have entered into a membership you will be charged $15 3 days later it says it's reoccurring so watch out. And whatever they said or tried to make me believe that I was going to get for that membership definitely did not happen. A lot of times walking up to the hotel or calling it ahead of time is cheaper than the internet anyway thank you for listening.

    Bookd our sta 6 months in advance. Paid extra to have the option to cancel our reservations. When I tried canceling 2 weeks prior to our trip I was told the policy had changed, i could cancel but wouldn't be refunded. Overall experience was not good and I will not be using this site again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

    We were stranded in ***** without a hotel booking in spite of Super.com sending a confirmation email, charging my credit card, and sending a "you are ready to check in" text the morning of the trip. They did eventually refund the money but it was a nightmare to sort out. Never using this company again.

    Really 0 stars. They engage in misleading fraudulent practices like charging you additional pricing for free offerings, and their customer service department is not knowledgeable about their policies or particularly caring or helpful in fixing mistakes. While it would be tempting, i recommend do not book with them as who knows what other deception they engage in.
