    We had a reservation with them, not only it was missing at the hotel, their customer support was one of the worse you can experience with no resolution for over 6 hours and we are still stuck in the hotel Lobby . Be very careful before booking with them, you dont want to experience what we did , and god forbid in a foreign country.

    Guys they are the worst online booking website!! I arrived to the hotel and stayed at least 1 and half hour waiting them to process my booking that the hotel cant see it on their system!! Its not worth the savings at all!!! It like a scam company!

    My car had broke down in a severe rein storm ! I had no cash and called my family to book a hotel room through Super.com ! The website does not disclose the hotels policy of requiring a $100 room deposit that had to be paid when the reservation is booked and paid ! The Hotel front desk did not disclose the fact Super.com is not affiliated with the Hotel but with the Hotels parent company ! I was nort only stranded but was left out in the rain all night because all three parties involved did not consider guest accommodations in extreme weather conditions with a customer stranded roadide with my car ! ******************** also has made a fraud attempt to recharge the amount of one night's stay a week later even when the reservation was canceled immediately the night of booking

    They said i would get $10 for resubscribing right on the offer on their website however after i did resubscribe nothing ever came and the chat agent acted like her didn't know what i was talking about.

    Easy to navigate and 90% of the time they are the best price "as a member". If you travel often, becoming a member more than pays for itself several times over.
