    All of this happen just because I purchased tickets to watch the new karate kid film on Tuesday, hopefully I do get mine $20 lol. Not bad so far tho!

    Worst Travel app I booked through Super.com for an out of town stay. I get to the hotel after working ************************************************************************************ I have a booking number from Super.com, but the hotel still has no record of me. So I end up having to fork out another $435 for a hotel across town for a 4 night stay. I was told by Super.com that since it was their fault, that I could get the $416 credited back to my credit card within 3-5 business days. I look and see that Super.com gave me $416 in credits to use on their site. I don't want to use their site again if I can help it. I would like my $416 back so I can help pay down my credit card for having to book 2 hotels. I chatted with a virtual agent this evening and he said that since the credits were given, there is no way possible I can get my $416 back. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and care.

    ******** company to deal with************ company to deal with!!!!! Hotel cancelled one of my nights based on Supers agent stating that they could refund if hotel said it was ok. Nope!!!! They wanted the person's name on hotel letterhead showing modifications to reservation. I ss the email and even try to forward email to agent.....that was not acceptable. Do not spend your $ on this website. It will be a horrible experience.

    They make incorrect bookings and refuse to change them even within 10 minutes of making it. Very hard to get customer service and just take your money without trying to help resolve problems and correct their mistakes.

    Absolutely the Worst and ************************************ Avoid ******************** at All Costs Ive never dealt with a more unprofessional and frustrating company than Super.com. I had a booking through them at ************************, but due to a medical emergencythe surgery being postponedI needed to modify the reservation. Youd expect a little empathy and basic support, right? Wrong.Instead of handling the issue like a responsible third-party booking platform, Super.com insisted that I should contact the hotel myself. I spent hours on the phone with the hotel, only to be toldquite correctlythat they are not supposed to deal with guests directly for third-party bookings, and that Super.com should be the one to reach out.When I relayed this back to Super.com, they still refused to help. Only after immense pressure did they agree to email the hotelbut get this: they asked me to provide the hotels email address! Are you kidding me? Youre a booking platform and you cant find the contact info for the hotel you booked me into?To make things even worse, they used the guest's email as the sender rather than contacting the hotel as a third-party booking agent. This is not only unprofessionalits misleading.Their support team is rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, and the way they handle customer issues is a joke. Ive never been treated with such disregard as a paying *********** yourself a favor and stay far away from Super.comyoull regret it if anything goes wrong with your booking.

    Booked a hotel in ********* through super.com. Got the hotel that night.....no reservation. Tried to call and contact super.com.....couldn't get through. I had to pay for the hotel again just so we would have a room. Super.com finally got back to me and said to get a refund I had to get a receipt from the hotel. So I did that....sent it to them. Super.com said they still couldn't give me a refund. They stole my money and didn't provide any service. Do not use this company.
